You Me Sushi - Carte

I’ve been here two or three times. Rolls are decently delish and prices are fair. I’m looking forward to making it to their buffet soon!

It was a Saturday evening, not busy at all. The service was quick, the portions were very good. Great selection of Sushi Rolls and Bento boxes. Overall it was very good.

This restaurant was awful! I ordered the "So Fine" roll and when it arrived, the sushi was lacking sauce and the salmon tasted like it was three days old. The salmon was not fresh at all. I will never return to this place. Voir le carte

I ordered Tempoura-Veggies slightly broken with a beautiful crunchy. icy ordering they were made of replacement with hot tee. regular hot tee in a bag nothing special. the salmon did not taste fresh. I don't know if I'd eat here again.

I have ordered the Summer Party Platter from them twice, and both times the sushi was excellent. The presentation was beautiful, with edible flowers and delicious spicy mayo and eel sauce. This is definitely my go-to sushi spot in Fresno. Kudos to the chef, and the customer service is always top-notch!

All-you-can-eat wasn't available when I went there. The unagi Don was good, however it had tamago in it. My server was friendly, however on both of my orders of Gyoza they were undercooked. He brought me a second batch with two fully cooked and the remaining four uncooked. Service was great, food was decent for Fresno. Voir le carte

Chloe and Blue were absolutely wonderful! They are excellent FOH staff, appreciate them. They greeted us pleasantly, helped us make menu decisions and we're very attentive. The whole experience was lovely and the sushi delicious. The sashimi was sweet, that was a little different but not enough to damage the experience.

This place is way overpriced for the quality of food they put out. We Door Dashed our order for two rolls 17 and $18), fried rice 20), an avocado salad 10) and a seaweed salad 10). All of these items were overpriced, especially the rolls and seaweed salad. The fried rice was a pretty decent portion, and the avocado salad had a fairly generous amount of avocado. The deep fried roll was nasty. The rice made up 75% of the roll and tasted like frying oil (which is not typical of deep fried rolls in my experience). I recommend you go somewhere else. Especially for the total cost of 80 dollars.

This restaurant was definitely disappointing. We waited approximately 1 hour for 2 sushi rolls and about 20 minutes for our drinks. They claimed they were busy, but other customers who arrived after us were served before us. I remained polite until after my meal, when I was somewhat frustrated. My sushi was supposed to have juicy salmon and tuna, but there was no tuna as shown in the picture. The sushi was lacking in flavor and fell apart easily. Other customers who arrived later than us received their food before us, making the experience even worse.
