Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is the only Zaxby’s I go to in Rome. The food is fantastic most of the time, and the staff is friendly. I really enjoy the boneless wings meal!

I’ve been to Zaxby’s multiple times in 2024, and I have to say, it fails to impress. My orders are consistently wrong, and the food is always served cold. They really need to work on these problems.

I went through the drive-thru to grab some lunch and ordered the Boneless Wings and Things. Unfortunately, my boneless wings came without any sauce. They really need to improve their customer service. Voir le carte

I usually just order the same Ole thing from here which is the chicken finger plate... so I can only rate that. The chicken is always tender and delicious never have I had a bad piece. No complaints from me with this particular location

I frequent this Zaxby's because it's conveniently situated close to my workplace. Today, I want to give a special shoutout to the cooks—the fries were cooked to perfection, and the chicken was warm without being overcooked. Fantastic job by the staff today!

I encountered a minor issue with my order, but the general manager reached out to me and resolved it. The staff were very understanding and apologized sincerely. Initially, I wasn't planning to return, but after experiencing the outstanding customer service from Dana and Rio, I will definitely be coming back. Voir le carte

I’m a fan of Zaxby's salads, but my visit to the Shorter Ave location in Rome was quite disappointing. I ordered a Cobb salad, but the lettuce was old and wilted, and the cucumbers had a bitter taste. Unfortunately, I had to throw away half of it. I just hope I don’t end up with any foodborne illness from this experience.

Did drive-thru which can move kinda slow sometimes but this day things moved quickly. The young man that took my order and money was cheerful and sweet! He seemed to have genuine smile on his face! That's always a good thing in these times. If you wantkindness you must be kind!! I hope he felt the same with our brief interaction!

When we arrived to place our order, we were told to wait. We waited for 15 minutes without anyone coming back to check on us. Even after we tried to say hello multiple times, we received no response. So, we decided to go inside to order instead. Upon entering, we found three employees just hanging out, yet no one greeted us or made any attempt to take our order. After waiting about five more minutes without being acknowledged, we ultimately decided to leave. It was frustrating to see other cars leave the drive-thru as well, losing business because the staff seemed more interested in socializing than serving customers.
