We went on a Monday and Monday you can get pizzas 1/2 off, for what you pay for their pizza any other night go for real Italian pizza in St Louis. Good pizza, but sooo pricey. Also good service. "We had an excellent meal and margarita at El Toro. The building has seen better days from the outside, but inside it is nice and clean. We enjoyed the Acapulco and the pastor taco plate with a Texas jumbo margarita. The food came quickly and was simply delicious. The flavor was spot on and the portions were very large and the price was very reasonable. This included exceptional service and we were very happy we choose to stop for a late lunch on our road trip down interstate 57."

Don't expect any wine offerings. This is a true beer and whiskey joint. We were lucky enough to visit the week they introduced George Strait's new label of tequila. Wow. "Well first of all the drive through window lady took my order wrong today I told her only cheese and ketchup on kids burgers get home theres onions pickles on it now my kids won't eat it oh well, plus I don't think she had teeth so when she told me my total I heard 40 dollars I said for what 2 happy meals? Lol and I realized my receipt said 20 lol then my chicken sandwich was wrong all it had was chicken pickles no sauce very disappointed this is why I tell my husband to go to tuscola or mattoon they actually get it rite doesn't deserve a star"

"The Best Mexican Food in the area. The green sauce is a secret recipe that will keep you coming back for more. Tacos are the best around. I make special stops on my way south from Chicago to get these tacos. THE BEST!!!! When I was at school at Eastern Illinois, I used to make a trip at least once a week to get these tacos. The owners are the nicest people!"

"Delicious!... special waffle vanilla latte. I wish I lived closer. The special waffle has cream cheese, apple and honey. This waffle is sweeter than your common box mix. Fresh, healthy taste. I recommend the big latte than anything else will let you want more. We don't live around here and we went through and didn't want the normal fast food. It is worth a few minutes drive to Quantenstadt."

"It was absolutely amazing. The menu is simple including basic Mexican street fair. They also serve massive burritos. Unfortunately I am only passing through, otherwise I would love to try the entire menu. The pricing is fair in accordance with the inflation we're going through, my steak burrito was $11 and tacos are $3.. the taste however justifies the price."

"I'm a little late with my post but felt it's needed. I visited this place once and boy did I want to love it! Staff was very nice and friendly and typically I wouldn't write a review if the staff was nice and everything else was wrong but when me and my family health is compromised I have to speak on it. My entire family all ordered food (takeout) and everyone of us got sick! The only thing that we could think of is 1) food was off temperature 2) serving old expired food from days before 3) Sanitary measures not up to par or 4) ALL OF THE ABOVE! Not sure but it's enough for me to not return. If I would base my review on the customer service it would be 5 stars, but my review is based solely on food quality!"

"I decided to give this restaurant another chance. This time there was a new bartender who was very friendly and welcoming. However, once again I found that the portion sizes were small considering the high prices. It seems like the person cooking in the kitchen lacks skill and experience.
