"The only good thing about this place was the sweet cashier. I didn't get her name though. 7something on a Sunday and the place is completely empty(DQ next door was booming). Came in with my family after a long day on the river. We usually like to try places we don't have back home, more than 2 hours away. First thing out of the cook's(older man) mouth is hope you don't want ice cream. We see him cleaning the soft serve machine, that's no problem. We start to order and I ask for a baked potato. Same cool yells to the cashier that they're out of potatoes. I was going to change my order and she said it would be 10 mins for them to cook one. Considering we had 8 people in our group, I didn't mind waiting and said only if yall don't mind. Cashier calls out potato to the cook and he yells its gonna be 15 mins and starts throwing things around. Even the cashier was embarrassed. The burgers looked ookkaaayy, more like frozen Wendy's patties. The fried fish sandwich actually looked appetizing. I'm assuming the potato was cooked in the microwave because 1/4 was rock solid and not as in unerdercooked, as in overcooked in the microwave it had dried and shriveled up. They served it with dried chives which was sad and the BBQ pork that was in it must have been microwaved too because it too had pieces that were dried up hard. No flavor what so ever. Definitely not worth the time and money to get a pissy attitude from someone who chose to work there and sad food. Give the cashier a raise, she deserves it after dealing with that cook all night. "The girl at the cash register seemed unsure of how to take my order; she was unable to process a burger without a combo or cheese. Instead of asking the manager for help, she just stood there looking lost. To add to the confusion, my order ended up being incorrect. Additionally, both bathrooms were out of soap, and the hand sanitizer was empty as well. When I informed the cashier who took my order, she simply stared at me without responding, and it remained unaddressed when I went to wash my hands after eating. I also noticed a staff member preparing food with long hair and a beard, without any hair net or beard covering, which is quite unsanitary, especially since he was leaning over the food being served. Had I seen him when I first walked in, I would have left immediately. I observed four other customers have a similar experience with the same cashier; they became so frustrated that they yelled for the manager. Ultimately, all four ended up leaving in anger due to their incorrect orders. This place is in dire need of a health department inspection due to numerous health code violations. The owner should consider replacing the manager, as they seem to be doing a poor job of hiring and supervising staff. This experience has soured me on this Wendy’s, but I might stop by occasionally to see if improvements have been made. It’s evident that the owner and management do not care, as they don’t even take the time to read their reviews."
