"The customer service is horrible, like I’m talking they’re in la-la land. I was asking them that I saw 2 bottles and I didn’t know if they were both vinegar oil or not, and they struggled to hear me, when I literally raised my voice. I’ve never seen someone more deaf in my entire 16 1/2 years of life. Then, they proceeded to screw up and put vinegar oil on my sandwich (like a lot of it), and I struggled to eat it, because it’s my least favorite oil. Also, they messed up my dad’s order, which he said he wanted half as much mayo as usual, then they put a whole amount on half the sandwich, when he said he wanted a half amount not full. Also, I got whole wheat bread, and my dad got the same bread, but with gluten-free bread. So, apparently the gluten-free bread sucked compared to normal and he’s been there before. I don’t know how they can be ok with screwing up this badly, because they clearly don’t care. Worst sandwich experience I’ve ever encountered."
