"Alongside the short ribs, I opted for a side of pasta. The ziti, topped with a fresh marinara sauce, was a delight. It was cooked to perfection—just the right amount of al dente. The short ribs were served with spinach, which had absorbed all the flavorful juices from the meat; it was cooked just right. I also tried the fried calamari, which was quite good. It came with two generous lemon slices and a nice portion of marinara sauce for dipping. Additionally, I ordered a kids' pizza that was a decent size, cut into four equal slices, and it was quickly devoured by the little ones. I stole a bite, and it was freshly made and delicious. When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was ready, and the staff checked on the kids' pizza to ensure it was good to go. Just a minute later, I was handed a brown bag with my meals and the pizza box, and off I went. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I managed to find a metered spot almost directly across the street. The ambiance felt like an old-school Italian red sauce joint, featuring black-and-white photos of Sophia Loren and other famous Italian scenes on the walls. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I didn't dine in, so I can't comment on the service, but in any case, I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up! Buona appetito!"

"that is probably the best secret of the third street. not advertising nothing. I came here by chance. my doctor is next door. I came here for a chicken soup from this world! then I had hamburger heavenly fresh! and a milkshake for dessert! "So I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened a few years ago, and let me just say this first: they are CONSISTENT!! The food is ALWAYS great, the service, always top notch. I have tried a few things on the menu which includes 1. Crunchy Roll Platter (one of my faves 2. Singapore Mei fun 3. Lo Mein 4. Sautéed Garlic sauce with chicken. 5. Chicken Tempura rolls amongst many others. Each and EVERY TIME the food is phenomenal. The owner/manager (not sure Danny is so nice. Everyone from the front door to the back is extremely nice and accommodating. To be candid I am a chef myself that haven’t been able to work for awhile due to ongoing intense health issues. There are days I can cook and there are many days I can not. On those days where it’s hard to move, I am grateful for this restaurant because not only do they never disappoint, they are fast and extremely reliable. I can not express how many times this restaurant has come to my aid when I was too weak to go grocery shopping or pretty much function. I just want to say thank you. I am a very picky eater that only eats food that match my standard, this restaurant is honestly the best in the neighborhood (lived here for a decade, I’ve tried them all around the way and “up the hill” . Order from here, you will be happy you did every single time, when you do make sure to tell a friend. I will update this review with more pictures soon, but honestly it’s hard to remember to take a pic when the food is so good. Please continue to thrive. "I ordered their beef gyro and chicken quesadilla. Was sadly disappointed. The Beef gyro was 3 strips of the commercial frozen strips. Not beef, mixture of mystery meat. Didn't look, smell or taste like beef. Should not advertise beef. The Chicken quesadilla had large chunks of onions and peppers. Very little chicken. The quesadilla was very greasy but strangely didn't have a lot of cheese?? They have indoor dining. No outdoor dining."

"Went on Friday for lunch with a buddy and my youngest son. Who doesn't love an old school Italian restaurant, this place screams family. When you eat here you are family. My son is Gluten Free and they were extremely accommodating, offered him multiple options to choice from. Fried Calamari was light and crispy the way it should be, one of the best I ever had. I had Veal Parm excellent, My buddy had the Swordfish special which he said was delicious and my son had GF spaghetti with Bolognese sauce. A glass of wine and it was the perfect lunch, I look forward to returning for Dinner, Don't miss out if your on the avenue shopping stop in for a home cooked meal like grandma used to make."

"1/1 Service; 2/3 Food; 1/1 ValueSushi Q is a modest, cozy eatery with a very warm and friendly staff. There are some tables with limited seating for a casual bite. The kitchen is open concept, so you can see the sushi chefs preparing the rolls to order. I ordered the spicy salmon, spicy kani, shrimp avocado, eel cucumber, chicken tempura, krunchtime fitness rolls and a miso soup for takeout. Miso soups are often an overlooked side, but the soup, albeit mildly salty, is incredibly rich, savory, and full of umami and deserves that recognition. My favorite rolls were the salmon avocado and the krunchtime fitness, both of which were light and delicious owing to each ingredient standing out with fresh and robust flavors. The spicy salmon, spicy kani, and chicken tempura were also rather good. These three were really jammed pack with their respective fillings. However, I didn't really like the amount of sauce that was both in the salmon and kani rolls themselves and then added again to the top. I felt like I could decant off all the sauce and dip other rolls into that spicy mayo, and it would still be enough. I did not like the eel cucumber much because of too strong of a saltwater taste, easily being the only thing I didn't enjoy. Overall, Sushi Q was a good experience with satisfying food at a superb deal! The $39.95 sushi roll platter with the five rolls and a special roll is sufficient for 2-3 servings at less than $7 a roll. I would definitely be down to patron a second time despite the few setbacks all things considered"

"I tried to place an order over the phone but they never answered, so I decided to order through door dash instead. However, they never confirmed my order. When I went downstairs to inquire about it, one of the employees became defensive and claimed they never received the order. I showed him the pending order on my phone, but he was rude and continued to insist that I take it up with door dash. He appeared to be drunk and was very unprofessional. Because of his behavior, I chose to leave without ordering and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope they can learn to be more professional in the future."

"Good environment to go for a drink with friends or go for a delicious pizza with your family. Its a very small and cozy spot with fun graffiti decor. Overall the pizza is amazing. The mac and cheese was good but Not great. I don’t really like spicy food so I ordered plain wings and they were really nice and crunchy. Took some leftover wings home and after heating them up they were still nice and crunchy. Overall a great time with good food at this little hole on the wall that’s quickly picking up popularity. I gave a rating of 4 because there was only one hostess and thought she was amazing, it took a little longer than it should have to get our drinks. Nevertheless, she was a sweetheart and did her absolute best to accommodate the needs of our big group on her own."

"There are so many delicious pastries that it’s hard to choose just one! I felt like I was in heaven at this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and there are tables where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and pastry. We did just that, savoring a sweet treat while watching fresh trays of delights come out from the kitchen. They offer stunning cakes for any occasion, and we took home a wonderful selection of pastries. Every bite was blissful, and I’m just a bit sad because we finished them all! On my next visit to New York, I definitely need to come back here... the cannoli, biscotti, Easter bread... I could keep going, but writing this review is making me crave more!"

"Wow! This is hands down the best burger I’ve ever had! It was absolutely worth every bite, and I would recommend it 110%. I came across a post from another user about it and knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint at all. The bun was perfect from top to bottom, and everything in between was fantastic: the meat was cooked to perfection, the honey-maple bacon was delicious, and the egg made it even better. The fries were fresh and wonderfully crunchy, and even the salt and pepper were amazing! THANK YOU, BELLA PIZZA, for bringing high-quality gourmet food and service to the Bronx. "I came here for restaurant week and I loved my experience. I first ordered from the happy hour menu. I ordered the chicken tostada. It was little but very flavorful. I was unsure whether to order the restaurant week menu because it was alot for me but all the items were things I wanted to try. So I do order it and I am glad I did, I did not regret it at all. I had the crab empanadas, steak and the churros for dessert. I also ordered two drinks and when you check in on Yelp you get a glass of wine for free. Let's talk about the food the Empandas were very delicious and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The filling was very flavorful, had actual crab in it and there was a sauce on the dish which was delicious. I loved this appetizer and hope they make it part of their regular menu. Next the main course I had the steak, the steak was cooked perfectly exactly how I asked and it was flavorful. The dish had an egg, maduros and chaulafan. The chaulan was good but it was not greasy for me. The whole dish was great but would have probably wanted something citrus to cut the grease. Also the dessert was quite delicious the churros, were fresh and hot, the sauces which came with the churros were a great addition without being overly sweet. I ordered two drinks coconut margarita and coconut mojito. The coconut margarita was really good. The service, it was amazing the employees are very friendly. It is a family owned business and I felt as if I knew them well. The restaurant is beautiful inside and they have outdoor seating. It is a wonderful place which I would recommend to anyone. I went alone and it was a great meal. I would definitely come back and try other items off the menu."

"In my opinion this is one of the best Nyc pizza joints in the city!!! I actually stopped in today ordered a large sausage peppers and onion pizza with extra crispy crust. Had to wait a little longer due to the extra crispy crust but man o man this place is my favorite use to live close by but moved but definitely worth the travel! Thank you Rams pizza!!!!"
