"I'm hoping this was a one-off situation. I have been to Frogtown multiple times and up until my recent experience would have given them five stars. Dined with friends who all got burgers, they were satisfied. I got the Chicken Pesto and it was thin and dry, laden with cheese and still completely tasteless. Service was meh, nice enough staff, but not attentive to our table. Plates came out at different times with one diner waiting until the rest of us were half-way through our meal before hers arrived. One diner could not eat her side dish it was so overwhelmed with garlic. From the bar, one was over poured, one went back as not drinkable. Key lime pie was tasty, but not chilled, as though it had been sitting out for a while. Very disappointed as I always look forward to eating there...it seemed like the whole place was off it's game and for their reputation and prices, much more is expected."

"Restaurants are struggling at the moment with challenges from multiple angles including staffing. Unfortunately we ordered at Kasa when they were in a rush period and had to wait 1 hour in store for our pizza. This was a terrible situation for a familywith an 18 month old and a wife who is 7 months pregnant. It was a miserable 60 minutes. The cashier was doing a great jobdealing with many unhappy customers. 30mins in to our wait the restaurant seemed really under staffed until 2 additional staffmembers appeared from the back. Help your team mates out! The pizza itself was doughy on the undercooked side."

"The restaurant is an acceptable choice if you're in the Poconos and looking for a place to eat, although the service leaves much to be desired due to a lack of staff. The food was overly sauced, and while the house salad was decent (with dressing on the side), it could use improvement. The drinks were merely average. "Last night, we dined at a small but charming restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance as it gets busy quickly. We were disappointed that their famous blooming onion was not available due to supply issues caused by current events, but I'm sure it would have been delicious. However, our meal was still fantastic. I tried the jaeger carving, a dish I had never had before, and it was incredible. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I wish I could have taken a plate home with me. The homemade noodles served with it were also delicious, as were the fresh, perfectly cooked green beans. We also got a pizza for the kids to go, which they enjoyed. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes of the food. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience."

"We always enjoy stopping at A&W when we pass through town. The last time I visited this place, it was a Hardee’s back when I was a kid in Cresco. Mike was incredibly professional and friendly. One employee who truly stood out was Kailyn (Kai). I might have spelled her name wrong, but she was an absolute delight. She took our order and ensured it was exactly what we wanted. Her jokes brought smiles to our faces and made our experience so much fun. She is undoubtedly a fantastic employee, and thanks to her outstanding service, we will definitely return whenever we're in town. Kailyn was polite, professional, and quick to assist both her colleagues and customers. Thank you for making our evening brighter! The food was fantastic, too. I wish we had a restaurant like yours closer to us so we could visit more often!"

"The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The homemade rhubarb pie was the highlight of our meal! This is a family-run establishment, and we made connections not only with the owner but also with his wife, who is the talented chef and pie maker, as well as his step-daughter, who served us as our waitress. "Both times I've been here, there were kids running the place who don't seem to know what there doing. Their prices are way too high I was over charged the first time. When I brought it to their attention the second time I was there, instead of just making good on it I was having conversations with two kids that lasted 15 minutes while a line built up behind me. Such a shame because there aren't a lot of ice cream places in this area. I definitely would recommend Mary Anns Dairy Bar on Paradise Trail a million times over this place!"
