"We arrived 65 minutes before the restaurant's posted closing time. I ordered fried chicken, specifically all dark meat, and the waitress informed me it would take about 20 minutes, which was fine with me. However, she then mentioned she needed to check with the kitchen to see if they could prepare it so close to closing time. Thankfully, they agreed, so we settled in to wait. My husband’s meal arrived first, and after a while, I received a plate of white meat chicken—definitely not what I ordered. The waitress initially suggested it was my mistake for not specifying dark meat, but then she backtracked and said it was the cook’s error because they usually prepare dark meat unless white meat is clearly requested. They offered to rectify the order, but it would take another 20 minutes, and by then, my husband had already finished his meal. It was obvious they wanted us to leave, so we decided to go, and I ended up without lunch. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!"
