"This is the WORST place I’ve ever purchased from. I ordered an Uber Eats delivery, Beef and Lamb Gyro Hummus Bowl. Let me tell you, the best thing about this order was the plastic fork!!The food came missing HALF the portion, got the beef but the Lamb never made it. I paid 19.02$ after taxes. I swear, Mcdonald’s food Quality Surpasses the Chewy “Beef” this place sold me. Not only that, the PORTION!!! see the picture, there’s literally little to no meat in the NINETEENTH dollar bowl. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.Food Quality is below zero. What a shame.Since I can’t respond to the owner’s excuse. Why did you sign up for Uber Eats then? Uber eats orders should not affect the quality or quantity of your meat. That beef is absolutely disgusting."

"Waterfront, Relaxing, Great Shrimp On our way down to the Fort Myers area we wanted some light lunch at some waterfront place. We found this place on the internet and gave it a try. It sits right on the Alafia River and according to our server, has had its share of damage from recent storms. More from storm surges than wind, but they are up and running. The neighborhood near the restaurant is in pretty bad shape for the storms. Clearly a favorite stop for motorcyclists based on how many were there on a Wednesday afternoon. Lots of waterfront seating at tables with umbrellas and boaters have plenty of piers to tie up to. For our light lunch we had a Full Order of Peel and Eat Shrimp $20.30) and the Fried Pickle Chips $8.35). We estimate this was a full pound of 16-20 size shrimp. They are tossed with Old Bay seasoning and we had an option to get them either cold or warm – we picked warm, with butter for dipping. They also came with a nice zippy cocktail sauce. Great flavor and as we saw, most people coming in to eat ordered shrimp. A few onion rings slipped into our tasty pickle chips basket. A very comfortable place to dine and look out on the water and watch the boaters."

"I havent been to a cracker barrel in years, and I found this place refreshed and much more modern than I remembered. They have done a great job on the decor and bringing that country charm to the public with a modern twist. I ordered the maple bacongrilled chicken with a sweet potatoe.. it was pretty good, alittle to much sweet sauce for my taste but overall good. My familyenjoyed their meals and overall had a good experience. Our server was new and alittle overwhelmed it seemed but she kind and wehad a good experience. Not fancy, or high end, but a great little place for the family for a country style meal."

"Just went inside of here and we decided to leave me and my family. This place was really dirty. The restrooms were so dirty and awful and in the food preparation there was this girl touching all of her hair on top of the food. It was just disgusting. I do not recommend this place. No hairnets. "This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don't have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!"

"We love exploring different locally-owned eateries, but this one is definitely not worth your time. I showed the staff member my hot dog, and she admitted it was boiled, then walked away. She knew it was old; I just wanted her to acknowledge it. I wasn't expecting a refund, just a bit of honesty. I had given up bread for Lent, so I ordered two hot dogs with chili – no bun. They were so unappetizing that I ended up throwing them away."

"Went to Alafia brewing company on a Tuesday and it was karaoke night. Although country music is not my thing, it was a good time. And they have something going on every night, from trivia and open mic to live music which is Friday through Sunday. And Wednesday is Adults only. I will leave that one to your imagination. The place has a lot of room. A very long bar, plenty of tables and high tops and a stage. There is also a lot of local art. I forgot to mention that on the weekends they have live performances like fire dancing. Got to meet Dan and Hula, two humans who know how to have a good time. And Hula can sing! She was pouring beer and singing karaoke. OMG! They had about 26 or so options on tap, enough to please anyone's palette. Half the beers were brewed in house with the rest being guest taps. They mentioned that they will be getting food soon, which would add value to the experience. I had so much fun here that I stayed until last call. Met many of the regulars which were all very friendly. It was really a great beer drinking atmosphere. I have got to return soon. The BEERS: Cherry Mead 14.3% ABV... this was decent. Definitely a sneaky brew. Drinkable for sure. Cherry Cider 5% ABV... good for a cider Tangerine IPA 4.7% ABV American IPA with hints of tangerine... it tastes way stronger than 4.7% East Bay English Bitter 4.5%... this was made by someone who understands the complexity of an English bitter. The bitter was subtle and it drank more like a great flavored tea. Belgian Double Chocolate 5.6%... I liked this one, but it wasn't my favorite. Felt like it needed something more than just the chocolate. Guava Gose 3.9% ABV... THIS is a SUPER STAR. if you are a fan if gose, you have to try this one. Rye IPA 6.9% ABV... can't believe how much I liked this one. It wasn't what I expected, but it was much appreciated. Alafia Brewing Company, great people, good times, better beer. If you are in the Tampa area it is definitely worth a visit. And if you pull up, don't let the outside dissuade you from going in... you will regret it."

"Wow I literally just finished my meal and went straight to yelp because the seafood was that good. It reminded me of Baja California but with gulf coast local seafood. I enjoyed the authentic food and environment. Ive been looking all over for a spot like this and I was lucky to have found this hidden gem. You can tell they cook from the heart. I ordered the 7 mares soup and every type of fish in the soup was extremely fresh and tasty. I also ordered the shrimp cocktail and fish ceviche which was also ridiculously good. Im already looking forward to going back."

"No exaggeration, my absolute favorite place to go! All the food is amazing! I haven't tried anything on the menu I don't like. My favorites are the wings, Monte Cristo and the brisket.
