"I recently had lunch at this establishment and it was quite enjoyable. The food was solid, earning a solid 4 out of 5; it was tasty and satisfying. The service was exceptional, scoring a perfect 5, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The atmosphere was also pleasant, with a cozy vibe that deserves a 4. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a lunch outing, especially for the price range of $10–20 per person."

"We typically enjoy our experience when we dine in, however, our server on this visit was a bit rude and kept making mistakes. Tue worst part about the mistakes is that she put them off on us and acted like it was not her fault. We ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and got a diet Pepsi. When we asked for what we ordered, we received a rude look and she did not acknowledge her mistake while acting like we changed our minds about what we ordered. We were able to overhear that other people in her section experienced similar problems with their orders. There are other issues that I could mention but I prefer not waste anymore energy on the negative. Definitely NOT out typical experience. Usually everyone is very friendly and on top of things, so I'm not too upset about this encounter. I still highly recommend stopping by for good food."

"The restaurant is clean and fantastic. We visited at 3 p.m. when it was nice and quiet, which we really appreciated. We had a delicious late lunch—the Chicken Bacon Ranch (CBR) was satisfying and has always been my favorite. My husband ordered the cheeseburger, and it was definitely unique. I actually liked the mustard base instead of the usual sauce! The flavor was subtle, and the presentation was quite appealing with its brownish hue. I also enjoyed the pickles. The service was great; the person at the counter was prompt and allowed us time to decide since it was our first visit. We’ll definitely come back if we have some extra money to spend. I’m very impressed!"

"doesn't look like lunch when they go by, but I almost die hungry, so I dived. the absolute definition of hole in the wall. the salat the tomato picks they were all fresh and crispy. I always have a few coupons in my wallet, only for the case that I must stop from my favorite restaurant burger king on the way to home. I love to come here, not only the service fast and efficient, but also because the workers there are friendly always positiw and they always welcome them in their facility. I can't imagine in a better restaurant in burger king. my favorite combo is the two helicopters with two big drinks and two big pommes. I love getting the mello yello at burger king, it is my favorite drink of all time. I have no complaints for the Burger King to whom I go in sapulpa oklahoma, but I must say every other Burger King to me has to increase her game if they want to compete against this place. this burger king offers nothing but excellent quality eating. I come here because I feel welcome and eat always comes out immediately and is always up on the line. I hope they enjoyed my review and I hope that this has changed their opinion if they have a bad opinion about burger king and I hope that this gave them some insights why I choose this restaurant is my way, and I hope they also go to burger king."

"We stopped by for cheesesteaks on our trip down to dallas from Iowa. The owners were so so kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to eat on the road, and even gifted us some donuts from the spot next door. The food was fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced!! "Truly wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I went here with my family and not only was my steak that I ordered rare, cooked medium well (for a high priced steak house) the catfish gave us ALL food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK. I went in and very respectfully talked to the manager, explained, and asked for a refund on the catfish (although we ALL got sick from the food) there response was that they would not be doing anything about it and asked if I had a doctors note to prove it. TERRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a steak house, you should be embarrassed to present a fully cooked “rare” steak, and giving your customers food poisoning then not caring is a major red flag. I will say our waiter, a taller gentlemen, was absolutely fantastic."

"A tall, younger guy approached and asked what the issue was. I informed him that I had received fries instead of onion rings. He told me it would take a few minutes to prepare them since they were just starting to cook. I was okay with waiting, but after about 10 minutes, I noticed the employees just milling around, chatting and laughing instead of working. I honked my horn, and the same young guy came to the window, appearing confused about what I was waiting for. He had a bag in his hand and mentioned that he was working on my onion rings, saying that they had fallen in the bag. I assured him it was fine and that I'd take them anyway. However, when I looked inside, they were all burnt. After waiting 10 minutes for burnt onion rings that I couldn’t even eat, I really didn't have time to return either. While the burger was great, his attitude and customer service were seriously lacking. Come on, do better!"

"At this point, they really need to turn off that sound. It's the worst noise in the Tulsa area. I've had terrible experiences here—not just once or twice, but every time I visit. I will never come back to this restaurant. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that included just 2 drinks, and the place was nearly empty! I was the only customer and felt completely disregarded."

"i love taco bueno, ive been eating there for many years now, however this location never gets it right. the beans don?t taste good. other locations have a lot more flavor in the beans i got some beans and they were cold and didn?t taste like anything. the quality and service at this location is always disappointing. they don?t give salsa or even ask. other locations will throw in salsas or at least ask if you want any. I spent $15 dollars here and regretted not going to a different taco bueno further away because this one does the bare minimum and i?m always disappointed with the quality at this location. I would rather go to the one on 101st and memorial? they always do a much better job than this location?.. im upset and can?t believe i spent my money here. also the people working here always seem in a bad mood."

The atmosphere left much to be desired as well, also deserving a rating of 1. It felt cramped and lacking in ambiance, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. If you do choose to visit, I'd recommend sticking to the World Famous Fries, Dr Pepper, Cheeseburger, and Chicken McNuggets for a decent meal. Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for."

"I made a mobile order today, went to pick it up from the drive thru, and the darker-complexioned, green-haired girl at the window was extremely hostile for no reason. She looked at me like I annoyed her and didn’t say a hello, or a single word to me the whole interaction (they were not busy, either, not a single other person was behind me in line) even though I was smiling and said thank you, and even “have a nice day”. She just handed me my TWO items, rudely, and slammed the window. I’m not sure why I was treated like this without reasoning and I’m also not sure what Starbucks customer service policy is but this can’t be it. I work a customer service job and would be quickly reprimanded for acting as she did. Absolutely unacceptable that they can get away with behaving that way at work and still getting paid for it. Kindness is free!"

"I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly. Someone (I'm not sure if they were an employee or a fellow customer) helped entertain my 2-year-old daughter and our dog while I ordered our donuts, and even gave my daughter a complimentary bag of donut holes. I don't know who that person was, but if you ever see this, I would love to meet you—I am so grateful! This place truly has wonderful people and a great vibe."

"visited this morning to get my almost daily coffee which was great. I also came to pick up one of 3 orders this location has messed up in the last month which were written down in the office by manager on duty. I know they did because the last order they messed up they verified the other 2 orders. Today I came to pick up my mobile order Iced Coffee and told the manager Francisco I wanted to pick up one of the orders this location owed my wife and I (Denise). He looked at me like I was low class and lying and said I don't know what you're talking about... I repeated myself and he walked off to supposedly look came back and said her name isn't written down we only have 1 name written down. I ask for the franchise owner contact information he looked at me and said if you're not happy call corporate. Francisco was rude and demeaning my entire visit. Basically the 3 orders this location messed up over a period of time and the manager on duty apologized and wrote it down then Francisco comes along and gives text book poor customer service... I require follow-up this isn't acceptable"
