"We have been patrons of this restaurant chain for years. It's been a couple years since we have been to this location (before they moved into the new building) but our usual place is in Yelm. We stopped in this Graham Puerto Vallarta on a Saturday night and ordered our usual Fiesta platter, our elderly father got the beef quesadilla. It was our fault for not realizing it wasn't the same platter it used to be, and definitely not the same that Yelm offers. This one was basically a plate of stale nachos, and came with two corn and two flour taquitos. They were so hollow as the meat was minimal and cooked to a crisp. Comparing to the Yelm platter, they give you jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, chicken wings, a loaded beef quesadilla, nachos and tons of filled taquitos in both corn and flour. What a difference!! Our dad wasn't happy with his quesadilla, said the tortilla was hard and it barely had any cheese. We all felt disappointed definitely not worth the money. The service wasn't great either as we didn't see our waitress after we got our food. We had to go to the counter to pay after waiting ages for her to return. I provided pictures of the difference in the platter I'm taking about. We will not choose this location again. It's unfortunate because it used to be so much better. "As a hospitality and restaurant service professional with over 15 years of experience, I have never felt inclined to leave a review until today. Being a big fan of Glizzy's, I eagerly celebrated National Hot Dog Day at Jim's, my favorite Glizzy/hot dog spot since I was 10 years old. Now, at 42, I can confidently say that Jim's has always served the best hot dogs. However, today's visit left me deeply disappointed, not because of the food, which was as delicious as ever, but due to the customer service experience. I understand that inflation has driven up food prices, and I'm willing to pay more for a good meal. But being charged $14.32 for a hot dog, tater tots, and a large drink seemed quite expensive given the portion sizes, which have remained the same. After enjoying my first two hot dogs, I returned to order two more. The person who took my initial order was clearly a trainee, and I don't hold her accountable for the experience, as she was visibly new and still learning. However, the person who took my second order seemed very impatient and asked if I wanted a beef hot dog or a regular hot dog. I responded that I didn't know, whatever I ordered the first time. She replied that she didn't know what I had the first time, even though she was the trainer training the trainee during my initial order less than 10 minutes earlier.Later, I went back to the counter to get a refill on my beverage and noticed they were using two-liter soda bottles to pour drinks. There was no sign indicating that the fountain drink machine was out of order. In my experience, soda from a two-liter bottle tends to go flat quickly. Had I known this beforehand, I might have chosen a different beverage.Overall, while the food remains as good as I remember, the customer service left much to be desired. It's important to note that the person taking my second order had no way of knowing if this was my first time at the establishment or if I was a regular customer. The way you treat every customer, regardless of whether it's their first or hundredth visit, should be consistent. This consistency is what encourages customers to return.I understand that inflation impacts food prices, which is beyond a business's control, but excellent customer service is something that can and should be maintained, especially when prices rise. This feedback is not sent with anger or resentment but out of a desire to see improvements. Jim's holds a special place in my heart, and I hope it continues to be a cherished spot for many years to come. Nostalgia is crucial for customers, and maintaining a high level of service is key to preserving that."

"OK... So this is a difficult review for me to do. On the one hand, I like the fact I never have to wait for a table... but if folks actually read my review, I may have to start making a reservation!! 1. Quality... Let's start with the quality. In most buffets, the food quality, the cuts of meat and vegetables, are at best mediocre. Not here!! The food quality in every single respect is absolutely top shelf!! Excellent cuts of meat, fresh and perfectly crisp vegetables, the presentation and sauces are impeccable, and the flavor profiles better than most specialty restaurants! 2. Value... mind boggling!! Most people would find it challenging to produce meals at home for the price of the buffet!! Given the quality, it would still be a bargain if it were twice as expensive, but recognizing their location, the restaurant has hit the perfect price point and is a great value for the money!! 3. Authenticity... When you're talking about a restaurant featuring international cuisine, you want to know how legit the food is. I've lived and worked in China, and this could be in Southern China and wouldn't be out of place. The flavor profiles are excellent and that reliably. 4. Overall Experience... I drive 30 miles to go to this restaurant regularly, and that despite there being a Chinese restaurant not 400 yards from my house. It's that good. And you'd never know, nor expect it in Graham, Texas. A hidden gem, indeed a treasure of a restaurant!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
