"Let me start with the positives: their service is impressively fast, the prices are reasonable, the wings are fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous. We've sampled a variety of dishes, including the filet mignon, and everything has been delicious.
Now, about the sliders. They are supposed to come with pickles, onions, and cheese, but no matter how many times we order them, there's an issue. They almost always arrive without pickles or onions. When we provide instructions to leave off the cheese for one of the orders, they somehow leave it off both. Unfortunately, this has happened consistently.
Just the other evening, for instance, we ordered the sliders again without cheese. They arrived missing not only the cheese but also the pickles and onions, leaving us with plain, unadorned burgers. It’s incredibly disappointing. I kindly ask that you please coordinate with your kitchen staff to ensure the sliders are made correctly and that order notes are followed. It’s frustrating to keep ordering something only to have it prepared incorrectly.
