"The restaurant has a clean atmosphere with charming decor and a lovely lake view. However, we were seated in an upper section by ourselves. While it wasn’t a problem, if we had been asked to wait five more minutes, we could have enjoyed a much nicer table with a view of the lake. My wife ordered the steak, which was decent, but the appetizer menu advertised homemade cheese balls that were unfortunately quite disappointing. I had the French Dip served on a hamburger bun, and the Au Jus was lacking in flavor. The signature potatoes were cold, undercooked, and quite bland. On a positive note, the service was excellent, which was the highlight of our meal. Our total bill, including tip, came to $75, which felt overpriced for the overall dining experience."
