"Fresh Sushi rolled while you sit. Rice is soft and not sticky and hard like the buffets and supermarkets due to letting it sit for hour and days. I chose the Ruby Roll and it the best sushi I 've ever had! The coconut shrimp is exceptional and the portion was quite generous. The shrimp lo mein ? was steaming hot out of the Wok and expedited immediately by management. The Lo mein was of a higher qualityd ? with a authentic Thai recipe. I took home an order of pork fried rice. The pork is light and white meat. So many Asian restaurants have small square red pork that is dry and does not travel well much less survive and overnight in the fridge. I have had the pork fried rice for my dinner now for the second day and it is just as delicious ? as when I got home yesterday! The service is performed by a seasoned wait staff that works as a team as well as any place I 've ever seen! No less than 4 employees helped me during the service and I will say the unsweetened tea is lighter than most area establishments. No overbearing bitter overly brewed tea here. I was surprised how accessible the parking is. A huge parking lot make entering and exiting the place stress free. I really feel as if I have found a hidden Jewel . Only 1 block off highway 29, lane street and loop road between China Grove/ Landis and Kannapolis. less than 15 minutes Salisbury, Faith, Granite Quarry, Concord, Mooresville etc. perfect 10 out of 10."

"As she went to place our order, another server brought out our food. Unfortunately, my hashbrowns were burnt, my husband’s sirloin tips were tough (he ordered them medium rare), my pancakes were plain and as hard as rocks, and everything was cold—clearly having sat out for a while. I informed both the cook and our waitress that we couldn’t eat the food because it was inedible. In a rather dismissive manner, I was told my food would be recooked, but I refused that option and just wanted to pay for our drinks instead. The waitress suggested I speak with a supervisor, but I declined because I figured that if a supervisor had been present, our meal wouldn’t have been such a disaster in the first place. Any reputable establishment would have let me leave without paying for anything, but I did offer to pay for our sweet teas, which came to $6.40. I gave her a $20 bill, but she left for about five minutes to get my change. When she returned, I received $13 back, meaning I lost over an hour of my life (getting my change at 7:10), almost got sick from the food that wasn’t at the right temperature, and was shorted $0.60. While I wouldn’t have minded the wait—especially since there was only one other table occupied—I noticed my husband could see the staff goofing off in the back. He even witnessed one person throwing our waitress over his shoulder. It felt like I was being viewed as rude simply because the service and food I was ready to pay for upon entering were unfit for even a dog. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I won’t be returning, even though I used to come here often with my mother for breakfast. The experience was absolutely terrible. One star feels generous for this iHop. After leaving, we went to the Waffle House down the road on Copperfield, where we enjoyed a delicious hot meal and outstanding service."
