"Food is mostly okay, but they cannot get an order correct to save their lives. It’s become an inside joke with our whole family to try and guess what they’ll get wrong or mess up each time. There is truly always something. Salad dressing and the wing sauce tonight. And wings (which we asked for well done specifically because this happens a lot) were flabby and underdone. We also asked for our wings naked. Of course they put sauce on them haha. DO NOT get the Caesar salad unless you just want Italian dressing with cheese in it. Not even remotely close to Caesar dressing which is ridiculous. It’s almost comical at this point."

"The online reservation system needs improvement as I had difficulty placing a reservation multiple times. Despite finally securing an outdoor reservation, I had to cancel due to weather and was unable to switch to an indoor one. Nonetheless, the staff were incredibly accommodating! We were able to find four chairs together at the bar where we received fantastic service from the bartender/server. The food, including the delicious Rainbow Roll and Great Wall, was excellent. The burger was also top-notch, as were the Parmesan fries and Philly egg rolls. The restaurant had a good vibe and I can't wait to return. Plus, they have Boss Cider on tap!"

"I went to kilroys for the first time in a long time and the woman bartender was very rude. I didn 't feel welcomed and I was wondering if a drink menu was offered(again haven 't been there In a while don 't know what 's offered or if there were any specialties) the bartender very rudely replied this is kilroys then proceeded to walk away and talk with another customer. I would have loved to have paid for a drink but ended up getting a water instead. Food: 1"

"DELICIOUS is all I can say. I have been driving past this place for a couple years. Today was my first time trying it out. I ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza with sausage. It was deliciously fresh, juicy and flavorful. My husband and I agree Rico's is our new favorite for pizza and we frequent alot of restaurants. This place is a hidden gem! "I live right down the road and finally remembered to stop and I am so glad I did! I love that they slice the meat in front of you and the bread is homemade everyday! I’ll definitely be back frequently! Edit have been back now multiple times and the service and food is always AMAZING!!!"

"So I go to the cosmos probably about once a month; every time I order I get the chicken nachos and deviled eggs. So today I go in because I was craving the chicken nachos, I ordered for my friend and myself. I get home and literally it's almost all chips, barely any other toppings and they changed the chicken to this intensely shredded chicken, it almost looked like it came out of a can. I call them for a new order because again I was hungry pick the order up and literally they taste horrible. I don't know if it's because they change the chicken or maybe it's because they barely put any queso. Who knows, I definitely will not be back. Highly disappointed because this is not the first time this has happened. I could get chicken nachos from a actual Mexican restaurant but I chose this establishment. Now I'm out of 12$ and I'm still hungry."

"We ordered dinner, so we sat at the bar while we waited. Stacy, our server, was so friendly, and we talked about landmarks in the area (because we're out of town. When a regular came and sat down, we started talking to him. Since he is a professor at the MSU, he suggested that we visit not only the botanical gardens, but also the Dairy Store. So, we not only have absolutely delicious pizza (heavy on the toppings yum! and the best spinach manicotti, we have made some friends about drinks. Thank you for helping us make our trip unforgettable. We're coming back!"

"I stop by Zoobie 's every time I 'm in Lansing for Hilltop Yoga. It 's just a few blocks away from the studio and the perfect place to grab a pizza or better yet, to have drinks with friends after class, in full yoga attire. I have such positive associations and an affection for Zoobie 's since it was my part of my introduction to the Old Town Lansing area . The vibe is friendly and casual your neighborhood tavern. I 've eaten at the bar and also while seated at the tables. They have a serve yourself popcorn machine in the back and the nicest wait staff and bar tenders. Local Michigan brews are on tap, like from Founders or Brewery Vivant. The most recent time I was here, it was to grab food between 2 workshops and my friend and I wanted to grab something light (along the lines of salad). They have vegetarian friendly options and an amaaazing fried goat cheese salad. Tart balsamic vinaigrette paired with fried goat cheese balls. We also ordered the black bean hummus and between the two of us, these 2 items were the perfect amount to share. I haven 't even started on their pizza yet. Order their Trust Us pizza, which is wood fired next door at Cosmos. Their pizza was highly recommended by our Lansing friends. Staff will pick the toppings for you after asking if you have any dietary restrictions and you trust them to make a pizza that you 'll like. And you most definitely will. It pairs perfectly with a local beer on tap. It 's hard NOT to love this place."

"Horrible used to work there mangers sell cold meat loaf. They put cold meat loaf on the hot line and sell it to people at 70 degrees they put cold corn on the line and sell it to people they leave meat out all day it’s actually disgusting. They let all the food in the freezer that before they even called someone to fix it and kept it all and sold it. The general manger had said some of the most racist things I’ve ever heard. They don’t pay good. They pay new people one dollar less then they pay 20 year staff.they only give white people raises. The staff that’s been there for 20 years is racist and the management doesn’t do anything but make it worse. I told my boss I was hot and she said usually black people like hot weather. Or I chug a Red Bull with my friend and she says bet u never chugged Against a white boy. If you eat here you will wait 30 minutes for your food and it will be burnt or raw. I’ve seen the mangers sell the worse food I’ve ever seen. And the general manger is sleeping with one of the cooks who has a brain disorder. The general manger constantly steals tips from servers."

"My wife has been coming to this restaurant since her college days and really wanted to take me. We had a wonderful time with very friendly staff and owner. I tried the chicken kebab wrap and it was delicious. My wife had the aubergine stew, which she absolutely loves. I also tried her falafel a la carte and it was excellent. The hummus and garlic sauce were phenomenal as well. We are excited for our next visit and would highly recommend this place."

"Took my nephew here for a late Birthday dinner and our server was so great she really made our experience awesome. The food was delicious and good portions. So for a party of 6 they do not automatically charge gratuity and guess what…she got 25% from us because of that..when we have the discretion the servers make more! Anyways the service, food, noise level was all great. We will come back next time we are in town."

"It took 1 hour and a half hours to get our dinners. When we finally did, both our dinners were over cooked, dried out and extremely small portions. I ordered the Mitchell trio; shrimp, salmon and a crab cake. The crab cake was ok, the shrimp on a skewer were hard as a rock and the tiny piece of salmon wasn’t even one bite. My hubby ordered the lobster stuffed cod which was extremely small and terribly dried out. The service overall was terrible. Our waitress was running around all two hours but she only stopped a few times to apologize for how long it was taking to get our food. The restaurant had obviously overbooked. Even the hostess was working the food line and half of the servers were back there trying to get food. So disappointed in our $120. dinner. We will never be back and I’m betting we aren’t the only ones!"

"Five stars for our waitress...hate that I can't remember her name, but she was everything you want your server to be. Food was good, there weren't any complaints from the five of us. Arrived on time for our reservation and was told to wait outside an additional 15 minutes for a table that was unoccupied when we arrived, so not sure what that was all about, but staff was pleasant. Celebrated son's graduation...wasn't our first choice, but all in all a good experience."

"We have been sitting here waiting for our 2 Butter Bears and 1 Pup Cup for our dog Floyd for over 30 minutes! There is another couple that's been here waiting for even longer than we have! I've been drinking coffee and going to coffee shops very regularly since I was about 14 years old, and this is BY FAR the slowest experience that I've ever had at a coffee shop! And they aren't even busy! This experience is something else!"

"For lunch I ordered an egg roll, some beef lo my and rice. I'm very impressed! The vegetables were crispy, the beef was juicy, and there was plenty of sauce in the lo mine to cover my noodles, vegetables and beef, and still some to use for my rice. I even reheated my leftovers for dinner and it's still amazing! The prices are very fair for the portion sizes, and I will definitely make this place a regular lunch center of mine."

"The ladies were quick and accurate. This was the cleanest subway I've been to in Lansing. The veggies were all tucked into their own containers -not touching. I was there for about a half hour or so, and there had to have been nearly 15 guests and they flew in and out! Friendly service, gave them a tip because they deserved it."
