"All the people in my family who have ate here got pretty sick after, but I figured they must've been unlucky or picked up the sicknesses somewhere else. Went here last night with some friends and got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Ate it, went home, showered etc and went to sleep. Woke up today and I've felt insanely sick the whole day. Literally idk what it is but it seems like my families stories are pretty accurate with eating here and getting super sick. The sandwich was really good though but I think I'll never eat here again."

"I traveled to Logan, Utah from San Diego, California several years ago to support my sister after she welcomed her first child. The enchiladas verde were absolutely amazing! We frequently reminisce about how delicious the food was; it truly stood out as one of the highlights of my visit. We made it a point to dine there as often as possible during my stay. While San Diego is famous for its fantastic Mexican cuisine, I don't think I've ever enjoyed such remarkable Mexican food anywhere else outside of San Diego. My sister recently mentioned that she and her husband dined at El Toro Viejo last year, and it has been updated and expanded, becoming even more popular than before!"

"The quality of the food is pretty good, the variety of the food is very substantial. The value of the restaurant is very sub par, $10 can get you chicken strips and fries (they skimp fry portions and the chicken is tough and unseasoned, almost assuredly frozen) while a competitor Canes you can get delicious fries, a drink, toast, and chicken for the same price. It 's trying to be a sit down restaurant without sit down quality based on price. The quality would even question the legitimacy of this place if it was fast food since competitors often outcompete purely in taste. I will say the fries are always amazing! I have gotten many burgers off the menu at this point and they are pretty good but now I honestly just get fries here and that 's it, a practice I already do at KFC, which offers more fries for less. This 'restaurant ' begs the question of who it is trying to appeal to and why. I think it would benefit from a more restrictive menu, increasing prices, and focusing on quality."

"I made a reservation for 7:30 and called to let them know we'd be 15 minutes late. When we arrived, we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was excellent and arrived in just 15 minutes. We were lucky to be seated in an area where we could watch a volleyball match on TV. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, the prices were reasonable."

"Best customer service ever! They love their customers, they are the kindest, most generous people I know, and better yet the food is DELICIOUS. I love Tandoori Oven. When we leave Logan this will be the place we want to come back for. I cant say enough about how much I love this family and the wonderful atmosphere they have at their restaurant. My favorite by far!"

"When vacationing in Hocking Hills we don't usually eat at any chain restaurants. Thankfully, tonight our original meal plans changed and we gave Cristy's a try! I got a small side salad and ask them to add onions. The lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes tasted like they were from the garden! We decided on the Garlic Bread Pizza and the Italian Pizza. Both were phenomenal! The dough was crispy not burnt and held up when you picked up a piece. The toppings were plentiful on the pizza and the sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. My only suggestion when someone orders the Italian pizza is to offer a packet or two of italian dressing with it. We just ran to the grocery store and picked up a bottle on our way back to our campsite which just added to the delicious flavor of the pizza!"

"Not a very good experience at all, the place is nice and inviting and the people extremely friendly so please don’t think I’m just trashing the place because I’m not, I’m 100% just giving my honest opinion on my review and what my family thought too. Since that’s out of the way let’s start with the worst the pizza, toppings were nice and plentiful, the pizza was beautifully made overall, but the crust is premade and tasted like cardboard. If you gonna claim best pizza in town have a fresh dough crust I’ve worked in several pizza shops all had fresh dough and one even mixed their dough from flour seasonings and water in house. Next worst item we had was the garlic bread it was hotdog buns brushed with garlic butter and toasted in the oven. That’s what I do at home when I’m on a tight budget except I use sub buns. Again if you’re going to claim best pizza in town have real garlic bread. Next the spaghetti, my daughter loves baked spaghetti but ate about 3 bites and couldn’t eat no more she disliked it that bad. I didn’t try it to see how it was but she is the spaghetti expert! I gotta say the salad was amazing and really fresh we all really liked the salad! The service, the people were extremely nice and friendly but getting service was slow and they weren’t very busy. Refills we were lucky to get it seemed. And that service is how I judge my tip and I like to tip but when I can’t get a refill why would I gift my money to you?"

"We went in to get the free breakfast sandwich for my wife’s birthday that is advertised on their website. It wasn’t showing up on the app and the employees and manager at this location were horrible. We first mentioned it and the cashier had no ideawhat we were talking about and wouldn’t do anything to find out about it. Then after we showed the deal to her on the websiteshe was like oh um I don’t know what to do about that and went to ask her manager. We ended up giving the account number andscanning our app but without any success. The manager then came over and kind of got mad at us saying that if it’s not on theapp then they won’t do anything. We just said fine and left. All the while, they didn’t even say Happy Birthday to my wife.Very very disappointed with this location."

"Our family lives here and we've been to the Annex numerous times when it was first opened. Being out of state, it has been about 6 years since we've been back visiting Logan. One treat for us as a family was to visit the Annex based on our past visits. Sadly we were disappointed. Our waitress seemed to be either stressed or perhaps her personality was defensive as customer service was not her strength. I like to think maybe she was having a bad day. Our orders were incorrect based on how we interpreted the menu. My special needs son has a dietary issue and truthfully we were tired and we did not want to make a big deal over the matter but asked the waitress for the correct order and she was very prickly over the miscommunication. We liked the fact the owner came by our table to ask how our meal was. We probably should have mentioned something right then... But again, we were exhausted and just wanted to relax in the a.c. of the restaurant as our a.c. at the family home was broken. The food was okay. Not exciting. I noted that the same ground beef and beans in the nachos was also in my husband's burrito and in my enchilada plate. The seasoning was bland and nothing spectacular. I was disappointed in the green sauce as someone thought by adding extra heat to it equated it to flavor. I love tomatillo salsa but this salsa was pure heat and no flavor. I should have ordered a burger or sandwich that my in laws rave about when they visit the Annex. Lesson learned here folks... do not order the Mexican food at this place if you truly love Tex-Mex. You will be disappointed."

"Usually this place is pretty good but tonight wasn apos;t that great. For $12 the Fettuccine arrived with barely any portion in the dish, it was such a small amount for the price, like 4 bites worth and that apos;s it. The Large 4 Topping Pizza Garlic Cheese Bread for Free Special looked good upon opening but the flavor was bland, same with the garlic bread, it had no flavor and the food was barely warm upon arrival. All in all I spent $47 and it was just not worth it."

"as good as jimmy johns can be but the men in the back really aren’t great, they can be heard with wildly inappropriate remarks about customers, being rowdy, even tossing some food at each other! I was FLABBERGASTED when i came into the store, I only got one sandwich and while it was fast and well made, the amount of things i heard and saw from only about 20 mins in the store. I don’t know what you need to do and what trainings need to happen but they need to happen NOW and FAST or someone needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting."

If it is before your check-in time, a worker will still come out and get your name and bring out your order. Definitely sign up for rewards! "Just opened and out of everything. Said the birria tacos which were on special would be 50 minutes. Queso cost extra which makes no sense. Out of straws. Out of guac. Out of cilantro. $16 for a sub par sized burrito. Lady behind the counter was extremely unpleasant. Edit: my review stays as is. I said fifty? And she responded with yes. I didn 't even order tacos because she said fifty minutes. I am very understanding of small businesses. I also understand when people have a bad day they shouldn 't take it out on their customers. I was passing through town so there is not a chance for a face to face. I just wanted to let other passersby know what to expect. That 's what reviews are for. "We went on a weekend, so we had a 40-60 minute wait. The good news was that they had a huge gift shop, there was an antique mall, and a craft mall across the parking lot to kill time in. We had the buffet, and since it was the weekend and very busy, the food kept being replenished. The food was very good and such a great deal, I would definitely go back."

"The place was uncomfortably crowded. So we decided to take our food to go. They didn't answer the telephone so I went in to do the to go order. They charged a %10 fee for take out. So I got two brisket breakfast burritos $16 each) the inside out grilled cheese and another item and then they charged a %10 take out fee and then they asked if I wanted to tip. I wanted to try the cinnamon roll as featured on DDD but they were out of it. The burrito was light on the brisket. The food was a bit bland but fresh. They also forgot to give me me fries on two of the orders. When they texted me to tell me my order was ready it took them an additional 15 minutes to give it to me because the lobby was crowded with college kids each paying separately and they said they had to check if my order was all there. So after 15 minutes they still forgot to give me my fries on two orders. The fries were very fresh though and the best part of my meal."

"I ate lunch here with a large group of 12+ people. The service was very good. Our waitress was attentive to the large group and kept our drinks full. Our food arrived pretty quickly relative to the size of our group and the number of pizzas ordered. The menu here has a great selection of wood fired pizzas. I ordered a Thaiphoon. It has sriracha chicken and peanut sauce on it, among other toppings. It tasted great and was cooked just right without any major burned parts or overdone bottom crust as you might get at a wood fired restaurant. Of all the different pizzas ordered, I didn't hear any complaints about the food. It all looked, smelled, and tasted great. I think everyone left feeling happy and satisfied. This is definitely a place you can go back to several times and try something different each time."
