The salad bar had a good selection, and the vegetable offerings really captured that robust Southern flavor, featuring dishes like okra and tomatoes, collard greens, bacon-seasoned green beans, and cooked cabbage. They also serve homemade mashed potatoes. Although it was a bit tricky getting back onto I-35 heading south, my husband didn't hesitate to declare, "That was worth the stop!
