"Michael's Italian Feast is really an adventure for the eyes and a vibe that I have never seen round here. The food is good and pretty fairly priced, tho perhaps a squidge more than I like to pay. That said, the portions were very generous. Further, these people believe in real cheese. If American is on the menu at all it was hidden cleverly and almost everything was made with real muenster! However, the food-again good, was the least impressive part of the restaurant. I went for an open mic and found a really nice, old-fashioned sing along. Felt a little like going to church and the audience ranged from literal children to folks I would suppose were over 80. We all had a darn good time. The restaurant was staffed by a lot of younger (high school aged? workers who knew their stuff. They were knowledgeable about the menu, incredibly friendly and checked on their guests regularly. I guess for me it was the incredible over the top decor that did it. It was like sitting under Juliet's balcony on a warm Italian day. You could look up at the ceiling while listening to music and see the heavens. I'd pay $10 more to eat bad food if I could do it here. There is a little bit of a Christian overtone, which sometimes scares me, but it was in the lovely generous way so few people seem to promote now adays. While I can't say I know this for a fact, being served by young people, in a fully muraled dining room, listening to live, local musicians at no additional charge makes me think that this business supports the arts and the community they are a part of. I can spend a lot of money on that. Michael's Italian Feast is pretty far off my beaten path, but it's well worth a quick trip out of Peoria. I look forward to visiting again."

"We visited Tubby’s tonight and were quite disappointed with our subs. Both my husband and I ordered the chicken bacon club, but what we received was nothing like the chicken we’ve enjoyed in the past. Instead, it seemed to be some sort of mystery meat, and the bacon portion was disappointingly small. We've been loyal customers for years, but if the quality of the subs doesn’t improve, we may have to reconsider coming back. On a positive note, the service was good! I'm not one to usually voice complaints, but this sub truly fell short."

"The Good Burgers mushroom and Swiss burger, along with the Babe and csjun flavored ones, were all outstanding. They offered great flavor and value. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to try more items on the menu."

"This place is absolutely adorable! I'm not an expert in decoration, but it's clear they have a talented designer. The atmosphere is open, bright, and welcoming. I wish we had visited on a warmer day so we could have enjoyed sitting outside, but there will be other opportunities. I have to admit, the gravy didn't quite live up to our expectations based on the restaurant's name. It was rather bland and seemed to be made with cornstarch, which isn’t our favorite. We haven't found a restaurant yet that makes truly great sausage gravy—sometimes I just prefer not to make it at home, and we enjoy supporting local businesses. We didn’t get to sample the biscuits without the gravy since it was served on top, but we’ll definitely order them on the side next time, as they looked amazing in the little display warmer. Despite that, the combination of good service and a pleasant atmosphere will definitely bring us back. My omelet was delicious! I do wish they buttered their toast, but I can easily take care of that myself. Our daughter absolutely loved her Nutella Belgian waffle. It was perfectly crunchy in the right spots, soft where it needed to be, and had just the right amount of Nutella. Overall, I would highly recommend Biscuits and Gravy. They also have a second location in the square that offers cooking classes, which sounds like a lot of fun!"

"Each month we as a group pick a different restaurant to try , so while working in Oxford the question came up for a good place to eat. I made mention that I was from Detroit and could never find a place that had Ribs like I remembered.. Gregs came up for great Ribs so for my pick we went to there. When the Ribs arrived they looked like any other Ribs I've seen but after one bite I was back in Detroit again loving my Ribs. If you love Ribs and just can't find that special olden day taste you just gotta try Gregs.. The rest of our group ordered different meals and they too raved about how good theirs were.. We for sure will be making Gregs a regular dinner option in the future..."

"I keep giving this McDonalds a try thinking next time it will be better but it never is. The Big Mac I received today was horrible. You could just look at it to see how hard the buns were without even touching it and both hamburger patties were super salty and looked like they had been sitting for hours and the fries were super salty. I wasn’t able to eat any of it. I’m not super picky, but McDonalds you need to do better. I won’t be back. Chick-fil-A will be my go to from now on. I don’t even care if I have to drive farther to get it. The food is always good and the order is always right. I don’t even know how this place is even still open. "The app indicated that the restaurant was open, so we placed an order for pickup inside. However, when we arrived, we found the dining area was closed, and we had to use the drive-thru. Surprisingly, there were no cars in front of us or behind us, yet it still took about 10 minutes to receive our food. While that wasn’t too frustrating, some of our order was mixed up. On the bright side, the food was decent!"

"Love the owners, staff and general customers! True hometown welcoming experience. Food is hot and fresh, like dad's homecooked burgers and fries that I grew up to love and made from scratch. They have fun specialty beers and your local favorites. Family friendly and have fun game nights that the locals hang out. The owners support all the other local small owned business as well! Safe town to visit and spend time with family. Kid-friendliness: babies to teenagers are always welcome and safe."

"I enjoyed the pizza, and the staff was friendly and the place was clean. My only issue is that the gas pumps are often out of order, and the receipt printers at the pumps never seem to work. Casey's is the only local gas station participating in Upside cash back, and people need a copy of their receipt to scan, which makes it frustrating to have to go inside and wait in line for a receipt. Additionally, this location frequently experiences problems with their rewards system and credit card readers being down."

"Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Lisa, the owner and host. Right away, we knew this dining experience would exceed our expectations. Lisa seated us by the cozy fireplace, and we requested to explore the historic building, to which she was more than happy to oblige. The culinary creations by Lisa's husband, Tim, were nothing short of spectacular. He prepared salmon, scallops, shrimp, and steak, each dish cooked to perfection. The service from the staff was impeccable, enhancing our experience even further. Just when we thought the evening couldn't get any better, Lisa and Tim surprised us by arranging for us to join a sleigh ride, making it a truly magical night. They have achieved something special that many fine dining establishments strive for—their warmth, hospitality, and Tim's exceptional culinary skills created an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Lisa and Tim, Anita and I now have a cherished memory that we will hold dear for a lifetime."

"I placed an online order and picked it up at the drive-thru. This was my 4th or 5th time doing so in the past 6 months, but I have encountered issues every time. This time, I had trouble understanding the person speaking through the intercom when I arrived. I kept informing them that I was there for a pick-up and gave my name three times. Finally, they instructed me to drive to the window. When I did, a woman opened the window without saying a word and practically threw the bag at me. Another man stood behind her, closed the window, whispered something to her, and they both walked away. It is not my fault that I couldn't hear them on the intercom, and their treatment of me was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant, especially for a $35 order."
