"We usually have a decent experience at our local Morrill Subway, with a few minor issues here and there. However, tonight was unacceptable. We placed an online order, and both of my children's pizzas arrived undercooked and doughy. Our sub sandwiches, which were supposed to be toasted, were not toasted at all. To make matters worse, I ordered three cookies, but they were sold out. Instead of refunding us, the employee insisted that we had to purchase an additional cookie since they only sell them in bundles of four. When did that become a policy? I’ve always ordered three cookies in the past, and if they don’t have what I want, they should refund my order rather than forcing me to buy more. This is completely unreasonable. I guess we'll be making the drive to the Mitchell Subway from now on."
