"This place is the worst. I agree with every review that I have read. I feel absolutely robbed. I just paid $50 for two sandwiches when I Live not even three minutes away from this restaurant and I have been a reoccurring customer always been good to you them. this is the one that’s on Rutledge Pike right next to the tobacco store and Dollar General so my mother dies two days ago they got my sandwich order completely wrong So so of course, as anybody would be, especially after going through a hard time, I simply called and asked for the lettuce and tomato that they forgot, but took them an hour a little bit over an hour to get to a place that was three minutes away. I read a few other reviews. They serve Rutledge Pike and somebody had to wait five hours just to get told that they don’t serve in Rutledge Pike and then the manager tried to blame them for it anyways they accept to bring me my lettuce and tomato but as I’m opening my BLT, it’s not like the picture shows where there’s slices of bacon on the sandwich. It look like as if there were bacon bits for a salad. And rather that’s the way that that works or not it just definitely did not look like the picture and they refused to replace the sandwich or even look at it. It barely had any bacon on it at all. It was just cheese and lettuce. I recommend nobody going to this place. and unknowingly even if you live three minutes away and then they’re going to take an hour and the sandwiches that I usually get that are like $10 a piece if I drive three minutes down the road to pick it up but when you tell them you want delivery, they show an attitude like they don’t want to do it and the cost of delivery compared to pick up is insane. I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow and I recommend other’s do the same. Let’s get this location shut down everyone! We deserve better!!"

"We experienced very slow service during our visit. We waited about five minutes for the waitress to come take our order, and during that time, we weren’t even offered nachos and salsa to tide us over. We started to time the wait and were considering leaving, especially since other customers who arrived before us were already receiving their meals. Finally, the waitress appeared and took our order. Shortly after, she brought us nachos, salsa, and queso with bean dip. I asked for queso with pico de gallo instead, as I wasn’t a fan of the queso and bean dip combination. The salsa was extremely spicy—almost too hot to handle. Even after adding five packets of sugar to cut the heat, it was still quite intense. The pico de gallo ended up thinning out the queso, making it more liquid than I preferred, but it did taste good. The iced tea was acceptable but lacked strong flavor. As we waited for our meals, our drinks were running low. After about seven more minutes, our meals finally arrived. I ordered the Pollo Loco, and the cheese on the chicken was delicious, though a bit on the thin side. It didn’t come with lettuce and sour cream, which was a bit disappointing compared to other Mexican restaurants that typically include them. The rice was decent, having some flavor, but the refried beans were quite bland. My husband ordered the Enchilada Suiza, which he found to be okay; he particularly enjoys his green sauce, and he had unsweetened tea. Overall, the food was satisfactory and not as salty as some reviews had suggested. However, we were charged extra for the additional queso and pico de gallo, so next time we’ll be sure to ask for the pico de gallo upfront in hopes of avoiding the extra charge. **Service:** Dine-in **Meal type:** Lunch **Price per person:** $10–20 **Food:** 4 **Service:** 3 **Atmosphere:** 3"
