"I’m not sure what went wrong here—this is a nationwide franchise, right? I ordered a four-piece crispy chicken, and to start, it was extremely oily on the outside—you could see, feel, and taste the grease. The coating was raw in some spots and tasted terrible. On top of that, the white meat was dry. Could anything else have gone wrong? Well, their coleslaw was actually good, maybe because I compare it to Church’s. Overall, it was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be coming back just for the coleslaw."
