"The assistant manager, Kayla, seems to have a lot of off days. She consistently comes off with a negative attitude, or maybe it’s just directed at me. I’ve found that the patties often have something hard in them, which is disappointing. Fortunately, I opt for the chicken, which is made fresh, but it's often carelessly packed into the bag, creating a mess. I've also noticed that she is the only staff member who never provides me with a receipt. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1, the service as a 1, and the atmosphere as a 3."
