"Went to dinner...worst meal in quite a while. Took the server about 7 minutes to get to the table. Sign said they were short staffed and to be patient. Fine, no biggie. We've been here before and like it. Well, we did til tonight. We ordered water and a coke. The coke didn't taste like coke and my water tasted like it was from the garden hose. Dinner came. I ordered grouper tacos and he got fish fry. There was an unidentified sauce on my tacos with a weird smell. (The menu said grouper with coleslaw in a flour tortilla-nothing about sauce). The server couldn't tell me what it was. Didn't ask the cooks either. So I ate the 6 grouper nuggets. The mashed potatoes were dry and didn't have butter or gravy. Didn't finish them bc there was an unidentified something in them. The Moscato I ordered was good tho. He ordered fish fry. It was beyond greasy. His ****** mary tasted like nothing. There was no flavor. Like how is that even possible? Server was aware of the issues. No manager visit. Nothing off the bill. No nothing. I left hungry bc 6 grouper nuggets the size of a half dollar won't cut it. Mcdonalds chicken nuggets are bigger. Listen wny restaurants. Times are hard. If people go out now remember that they are spending their hard earned money at your establishment. And an incident like this just cost you a customer. We may not make a difference, however, word of mouth and inconsistent food and service will drive people away. Do better, much better. #2forksup #badservice"
