"The other reason for the missing star is that the prices felt a bit steep; the food isn’t significantly better than the pizza from nearby places, but the cost was two to three times higher.
As for the atmosphere, I’ve deducted a point mainly due to the casual swearing we overheard from other guests and staff. Additionally, the decor lacks any elements that absorb sound, making the restaurant feel quite loud even though it was only about 20% full. We could hear conversations from behind the bar and other tables very clearly, which is how I ended up noticing the swearing at all!
In terms of kid-friendliness, they made an effort to welcome our kindergartener, but it’s clear that this isn’t designed to be a family establishment. Given the swearing from patrons and the bartender, along with gourmet pizzas that were a bit too adventurous for a young child, this restaurant is more suitable for adult gatherings than for families with kids."
