"The first time I went to this restaurant it was empty, it was a week night and my friend and I were seated immediately upon arrival. I thought the service was alright so I decided to come back again, this time I came back with my two children on a Friday night. Firstly, there is no sign posted outside the restaurant that we need reservations on Fri., Sat. and Sun. at the restaurant. I walked in with my children, no one came up to us to help us, no one told us how long our wait would be, no one told us upon our arrival we needed a reservation. I waited on the side with my children for over 15 minutes, people were leaving the restaurant and there were available seats. I just stared while everyone was leaving the restaurant. After 15 minutes, a woman came up to us and said we needed reservations. I did not know this and no one informed me of it. Then she said don't worry I'll get you a table in 5 minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes with my children who were hungry and tired ... still nothing. Some other people walked in the restaurant, immediately a waiter went to help them, and they were immediately seated...I got upset and I told the waiter this is not right. I was never informed I needed reservations and I am sitting here with my two children no knowing when I would get a table...I have never been so insulted at any restaurant. They did not whole heartily apologize and I called back and told the woman who was supposedly getting me a table in 5 minutes, that I left the place with my kids. I informed her at how insulted I am...and I will never come back to a place that has lousy service. I thought they were alright, but I guess I misjudged the quality of service this place has."

"Saying that this place offers Brazilian food is like saying that Olive Garden offers Italian food, or that Outback offers Australian food. Restaurants like these only look for inspiration in these countries offering something much more for the American palate. As a Brazilian, this was the worst Brazilian restaurant I have ever eaten at in the entire United States. The meat they offer is nothing like the original Brazilian cuts. The Picanha is only similar, and if you expect to eat the best cuts from Brazil like Maminha, Alcatra, Fraldinha, and so many others, forget it! Seriously, what the hell is Parmesan Steak (that is not even Brazilian! . Not to mention that what they call feijoada is nothing more than beans floating in a dark liquid. They didn't even have farofa! I had to ask and after 20 minutes they brought me a little bowl with something similar to farofa to the table. Don't expect to find the greatest Brazilian delicacies like chicken hearts, coxinha, or others. And what about the drum show to celebrate someone's birthday? It's as if Brazilians gathered in tribes around a bonfire to celebrate their birthday. Honestly, it would be offensive if it weren't funny. If the owner of this place isn't Brazilian, he should do more research. If he is, he should be ashamed of the product he offers. The best advice I can give to someone who wants to try authentic Brazilian food is to stay far away from these franchises."

"We had a very poor experience at this restaurant for my daughter 's 15th birthday. First off, I reserved the hibachi table for 15 people about 1 month in advance. I also gave a $100 deposit to hold the table. We had a 6:00 reservation, and we were seated at 6:10. We gave our dinner orders salad soup were served quickly. However, not everyone received soup and we had to ask them to please serve each guest. The hibachi chef was 'average ' at best. He was not engaging or fun at all, but we were willing to overlook that because my daughter was enjoying time with her friends. Entrees were dished out, and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It took a WHILE for the servers to start clearing plates, and they actually stopped mid-way. I was waiting for the dishes to be cleared so that I could serve the cake we brought. (I called in advance and asked to bring a cake. They obliged, and said they would have plates forks for us to use. We had to ask the wait staff to clear the rest of the entree dishes after waiting about 20 minutes. Then, we were able to serve cookie cake. At this time, another large group arrived. It became clear that they were waiting for us to leave so that they could use our table. After we paid our bill of almost $400, but were still wrapping things up, a young staff member asked us to LEAVE THE TABLE bc they needed it for the next party. We were appalled . We expressed our disappointment and annoyance bc we were not made aware of a 'time limit ' on the table. To make matters worse, the other large party was giving us angry stares the entire time- as if it was our fault. As we were leaving , one of the guests from the other large party even started CLAPPING as we walked past! This infuriated me- the other guests did not realize that we were being rushed out to accommodate their party. The restaurant really messed up by not allotting sufficient time between parties. We shared all of our disappointment with the manager. She was kind, and offered us a $30 gift card. We refused, as I was not trying to gain something from complaining. I truly was so disappointed and aggravated. I hope they will learn from this experience and plan better in the future. This could have been avoided if they communicated a time limit on table reservations. Unfortunately I will not return to this restaurant, and I will not recommend it."
