"The current owner has been in business for 11 years and this place has been open for over 19. A very friendly owner who puts his heart in the food that he makes and it shows. The fish was hot and crispy. The onion rings and sweet potatoes fries were extra crispy. The coleslaw was chilled with a sweet and tangy taste. All together, that made for a very filling lunch."

"I like good food and when I review, I try and promote the best of what I have experienced. Last night a friend and I were off to the college to see a movie and experience the Q A after. Willits doesn’t scream good food but I tried this place with a friend who heard great things, looking at it from the outside I was skeptical. This is a prime example of ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’. There was ample seating with some interesting pictures and art. Our hostess Terri greeted us with her Long Island accent and I was instantly transported back to my youth. She was forthcoming, open, honest and knowledgeable about the menu. The meatballs were giant and hearty, full of flavor. The bread was perfect and came with great dipping sauces. The Sugo with extra artichoke heats was a big hit. I chose penne Puttanesca extra spicy and I cannot rave enough about it. The only thing I missed was the cannoli, which I will break my no sweets diet. I’ll be back to try the pizza too, Terri said it was the closest to a New York pie you could get. Give this place a try. "I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, but the portions are quite small and they only accept cash. While that might have been acceptable in the past, there's really no reason for it post-2020. On the bright side, they do have an ATM inside, so you can withdraw cash if needed! The food is delicious, but the portion sizes leave something to be desired. Given the prices, you’d expect to get more. I usually leave positive reviews, but I’ll reconsider my rating once they start accepting credit cards."

"The lady behind the counter has been here since I moved to Willits in the '90s, and she seems ageless—I'm not sure how she does it! The ambiance is quiet and polite, complemented by excellent service. We've never had a bad meal here, whether it was for a quick bite or a leisurely dinner with family and friends. Make sure to ask for extra salsa; you'll definitely want it! The chips are also fantastic, and we never hold back. As a vegetarian, I ordered the veggie tacos, while my daughter had three pastor tacos, my other daughter enjoyed three carnitas tacos, and my wife opted for a super burrito without the tortilla. We never have to wait long, making it perfect for a quick stop on the way. Plus, it’s conveniently located on the south side, so it’s easy to access the highway or drive home while avoiding the bypass."

"My boyfriend and I got stranded in this little town for about 3 hours and we stumbled across this place. Food was freaking bomb!! I am pescatarian and ordered their fried fish taco and as we went through the rest of our road trip through California we could not find a fish taco that came even close to how good this place had theirs. I honestly dreamt about having it again and regretted not getting a second one when we were there. Safe to say we will be coming back again and enjoying these amazing tacos!! "We visited a nice small restaurant with a decent menu selection. Both of us were in the mood for burgers, so we ordered single patty Cheeseburgers and a side of onion rings. The outdoor seating had comfortable curved wooden seats and an old-school charm. The shakes looked tempting, as a couple of first-responders ordered them before us. The burgers were cooked on a flat top and had a crispy edge, with the patty cooked perfectly and not overdone. The Cheeseburger came with all the toppings for only $6.00, and the buns were delicious. The Onion Rings were an additional $4 and also tasty, but the burgers were outstanding. With drinks and a 20% tip, our bill came to around $30. We will definitely return when passing through Willits, and I regret not taking a picture to share. Looking forward to trying one of those shakes next time."

"I was in town for a quick getaway and had no idea where to order dinner. I was a bit skeptical—Cambodian cuisine and burgers? Really? Wow! The banh mi with pork was absolutely delicious. The burger was on par with some of the best I’ve had back in the Midwest. The onion rings were crunchy and salty perfection. And the pho? Surprisingly, it was even better with the addition of those onion rings. Everything was flavorful, crispy (even though it was delivered!), and totally delicious."

"Wonderful service 9:00pm . The girl working tonight made a perfect huge sandwich which tasted great! Wheat bread pastrami bacon and bell peppers baked with every single topping! She was very professional and offered to remake the sandwich becuase the bread broke. Not nessacary but surprisingly kind. 6 customers ordered big orders and she showed absolute patience with ever single one. Highly recommend this location for a subway craving."

"The only reason people go here is because there are not many other options for a fastfood burger in town. The food is your typical BK, IF they get your order right. And even then you can expect to be eating something that has been sitting in theirsteamer, even if you ask for it to be made fresh. The worst part however is the service. Customer service at this particular BKis non-existent. Staff isn't exactly rude, they just don't care and give no extra to their work beyond taking an order andputting as little effort as possible into giving out food. The restaurant itself is usually minimally cleaned but you'll haveto go inside to order unless you speak Spanish (which I do) to order in drive thru. If you need a BK specific item, go here.Otherwise spend a couple dollars more and go almost ANYWHERE else in Willits."

"Not a fan of New York plain cheese or pepperoni, but got a couple slices of pepperoni my first day living in Willits. Bomb. Absolutely awesome. Great thin crispy crust and wonderful flavor. Second trip ordered their Mediterranean. Not as happy; Going to leave that for people that love salt and vinegar. Third visit, built my own; red sauce, motz, double feta, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, light onion, black olives, crispy crust. Going double sun dried tomato next time, but this was about as close to perfect as you can get feeling out a pizza place new to you. Best pizza I didn’t make myself, hands down. Staff is super nice. I’ll be back… a couple three times a week."
