"I had recently lunch in taza a Lebanese grill on chagrin boulevard in woodmere, ohio. taza is located in the eton mall on the north side of the chagrin boulevard. there are many free parking spaces on the eton mall they see the video that I have under the PHOTO tab. there are two Taza locations in the cleveland Metro Station. the decor is warm and welcoming. dark woodwork and dark, warm colours. the street side and a corner in which outside seats are located during the warmer weather, have large windows that shine in much daylight. an inner wall has large mirror sections over the seat bench, which improve the effect of daylight. a stylish setting to dinate with fabric serviettes and beautiful flatware. when she enters taza, she greets a nicer herr and shows her on her table. shortly after her seat she greets her server and takes her drink order. krystal is my server. she is also the bar. she had diners sitting at the bar and at two tables opposite the bar. krystal is very good at her job. she has a very pleasant personality and a great smile. during my visit, she had several regular customers who often had lunch here. taza is next to the eton mall office tower. workers from the tower can dinate in taza without going out and the ne ohio weather to brave. the entire staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. while eating, several customers came for take-away orders. as a crystal with my unsweetened black icy returned. taza has several flavors of fresh brewed icy to choose from. at the same time, krystal brought a basket of two kinds of warm pita brote with a za’atar and oil diving sauce. very delicious! I ordered the little grilled veggies entree. the entree is made of marinated grilled vegetables, served with Lebanese rice, vegetables and both a garlic sauce and a tahini sauce. the presentation of food is attractive and shows contemplativeness and sense. it was so tempting, I dug into the meal before I realized that I had not made a picture of it. not only the meal that appeals to the eye, aroma, texture and deep of taste are incredible. the deep of the taste has a light touch of flavor and taste and is not overwhelming. a very pleasant dish for all senses. all in the restaurant seemed really enjoying each of their meals. the menu has many vegan and vegetarian choices as well as meat and fish dishes. the restaurant is very clean and the staff quickly clear and sanitary every table after the departure of the customers. ende april 2022 does not wear any of the workers face masks. taza has no dedicated washrooms. eton mall has public washrooms right next to the restaurant. taza has a good sign that leads her to the public washrooms. I recently came to taza a Lebanese grill for another lunch. the service and eating are very good. I started with the garlic spinach appetizer. the spinach is in olive oil and fresh garlic with roasted bevelled and pine nuts. a very tasty dish presented well. my entree is the small part of the Shawarma plate, which is fed with fresh tomato slices, swash, humak, petersilie, tahini sauce and french french grilled bark strips. it is tasty, though, I prefer the little grilled veggies I really enjoyed on my previous visit. the deep of the taste, textures and the visual appeal of the small grilled veggies was better. on a beautiful spring day in the mai the people have fed in the sitting area in the free. When I arrived, the sitting area was overcrowded. I will be back to taza a Lebanese grill for good eating and service."

"We were scheduled for a 7pm reservation. My girlfriend and I arrived about 10 minutes early, and we went to the bar. The bartender greeted us by saying if you want to order drinks, it 's going to be a while . Some of the others from our party arrived, and we were seated. The bartender did not take our drink order, or acknowledge us again, during the time that we were at the bar. We were seated, and waited over 15 minutes before the server spoke to us for the first time. He came by, explained the drink menu to us, and told us that he would be back to fill our waters and take our drink orders. The server did not return to take our drink orders for another 20 minutes. He also did not fill our waters during that time we ended up walking up to the wait station near our table, and poured our own waters with what remained in the pitchers there. After taking our drink orders, the drinks did not arrive at our table until 8:05pm. That is over an hour from the time that we were seated. During our meal, it was clear that the kitchen was also running behind; serving us from several skewers that were pretty much raw. We also made a separate trip to the bar to order our second round of drinks because the server did not come around again for quite some time. I want to point out that this interaction that we had with the bartender was much more pleasant than our initial interaction. We spoke to one of the managers, asking that she comp our first round of drinks. I thought that this request was pretty reasonable. The manager, after speaking to the GM, Nicole, declined to comp our drinks. Instead she offered a 15% bill reduction for our group. We politely declined this, as the first round of drinks accounted for more than 15% of our bill. I asked for the corporate contact, and Nicole provided it. I want to highlight that even though there were two managers present at the restaurant, the lone bartender was left to serve the entire restaurant by herself. If there was a bottleneck at the bar which was negatively impacting the experiences of nearly every customer in the restaurant, I 'm curious to know why at least one of these managers was not helping the bartender. In addition to all of this, I feel personally responsible for my group having this experience. My group was looking for a steakhouse at which we could celebrate a birthday, and I told the group that Texas to Brazil was a good choice, as I have had several positive experiences there in the past. For 4 of 6 people, this was their first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. Frankly, this was embarrassing for me. I reached out to customer relations, gave them all of these details, including our receipts, and they offered my a $20.00 gift card. The 15% discount offered by the manager would have been worth over $70.00. Disgraceful service and customer support. "Went to meet up with a couple good sisters and they chose this spot. To be completely honest, I never knew a place like this with so much vibes existed in this neighborhood. Got there shortly after 8 on a very rainy Friday night. The bar had a few folks there but by 10 the patronage had really grown. We were hungry and ordered a couple platters of chicken fingers and French fries and wings. The food was decent enough to ward off hunger and ensure you're not drinking on an empty stomach. I'm this type of setting I don't expect Michelin Star quality dining experience. Service wise, there were about 4-5 bar tenders who kept the drinks flowing serving both folks at the bar, those of seating in the main area and about 3 parties who occupied the VIP areas celebrating birthdays. The DJ was the main event. He didn't miss a beat. He took us on a smooth ride through all the 90's hip hop, RnB and reggae, played all the jams that got the folks to do the required forms of line dancing and stepping and slowed it all the way down the ag you do late night. There was a strong male presence throughout the night. Based on light conversation, it appeared most were regulars who frequented the spot and had built rapport with staff. Overall, it was a great experience. I left a little past midnight and the place had gotten quite packed and the dj was still doing his thing. I'll def be back. Great little spot for dancing and holding a vibe without having to go to Bk or the City. Happy to know I can find this ambiance close to home."
