"My experience with this pizzeria, unfortunately, was characterized by a clear disinterest in managing logistics and the relationship with the customer. Over the course of two orders placed, I encountered an unacceptable lack of punctuality and consistency, which significantly compromised the entire experience. In the first case, the delivery took place an hour earlier than the agreed time. Although it may seem like a minor problem, this inattention created significant inconvenience, as I was not yet ready to receive the meal. The second order was even more disappointing: 50 minutes late, with no prior communication or apologies from the staff. This highlighted not only poor organization, but also a total lack of respect for the customer."
