"I would rate this 2.5, but you can only rate with full stars, so im giving it three for neutral. We went here for our rehearsal dinner on the 12th, and I wouldn't recommend it for events. The reservation was booked over a month in advance, the doors open at 5pm sharp, and my wedding party of 17 was the first in the door. It was nearly an hour before our tables got bread. Multiple groups were sat, served, and paid before we got appetizers. Some people didn't get sides they ordered at all and when food did arrive we had already been waiting for over 2 hours. The food itself was almost tasteless, and multiple dishes with penne had 10 noodles or less. After waiting for the desert we ordered and getting up to leave(everything was ordered together at the same time at the beginning of the experience) it had been nearly 3 hours and some of the party was still wait8ng on deserts. This ate up most of the rest of the evening anyone had available since again our wedding was the next day. We arrived before 5 and didn't leave until after closer to 9. The positive is the atmosphere was well enough with lit candles and low lighting but the place was freezing all night and there were so many people in the relatively small dining space you had to shout across the table to speak. I am glad they are popular, but I would not go again... not if it's supposed to be an important meal of any kind."

"I remember whenChick filet got started and took over with “my pleasure,” plump chicken. It was easy to win because the other restaurants were only about the dollar and the culture quickly shows.. This is why many restaurants eventually fall bc it’s difficult to be anbout money vs results and the passion will eventually show when you get results like this- GRIZZLE in a piece of bread counted as two chicken mini’s. It’s simply gross and you can’t eat a fried piece of grizzle when you expected chicken meat. That’s not the same thing. I’d like my money back for the entire experience but that’s the whole point that we went there in the first place, for convenience on time because you know the food is not healthy anymore."

"I absolutely love love love this Restaurant!! The Food Is Amazing, Clean, Hospitality Is All The Way! An incredible spot if you Love great food, music family atmosphere they have it all! It's affordable and I'd rather eat here than any five-star Diner. When I first came to Cleveland this was the first restaurant then had good Down Home Country Cooking, As Well as Steak, Barbeque, Fish Vegan Options, Outside Seating.. I Only get to eat 1 x month. So No Diddidaling.. if you never been the best time to go was not real busy is like between 4 and 6 on a anytime during the Week. Cuz they can get busy and I do have like specials and things for lunch, do you fix a favor and just stop by.. the fried green tomatoes fried pickles all that and anything and everything you can think of they Have it.Vegetarian options: They will more than accommodate for youKid-friendliness: Tonight there was a birthday party going on so very kid friendly id Say..Parking: Plenty of parking unless it's really busy but there's still a lot of parking it's freeWheelchair accessibility: It's not real hard to get in you do have to go over a bump together door but they're always there to come and help you aroundDietary restrictions: Like I was saying before though more than accommodate for any kind of food or allergies religious believes as far as food they're very open about how they prepare their food so anyway that you need to have that done I'm sure that they will do that"

"First time I ordered wings they were perfect. It was on a weekend with lots of sports events so maybe the A team was working. I tried them a second time on a weekday and was extremely disappointed. The first order was crispy, not over cooked and tossed in sauce perfectly. The second time the wings were soggy and swimming in a sauce that was bland. The B team sucks so 50/50 chance i guess good luck!"

"When visiting the family in Cleveland Tn ran over this little jewel. Family is not vegan, but they are always looking for me, so I try to find places that can satisfy us all. This place hit the mark. With several vegan options and the waitress we had was very knowledgeable, I had the combo fajitas , this included a veggie medley and 2 chopped veggie burgers. Fantastic. You also have many pages vegan options as well as several vegetarian dishes, next time I will try the touching frit. If you are looking for vegan and vegetarian, this is not the place, but if you are looking for a great place to get good vegan and vegetarian options and, keep the friends happy that is a great place. Will definitely go back."
