"Street Bistro is a great place for casual dining or special occasions. The lack of check marks just means we didn't try anything but an Easter dinner. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't an offmenu list of specials for a holiday as there was on Christmas Day, but the three of us found plenty to enjoy. One person said the French onion soup was the best she had ever tasted. My Cobb salad was fairly predictable, but with dietary restrictions, that was exactly what I needed. Ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the dressing complemented the greens and other additions perfectly. We split a shrimp flatbread, which made it a great appetizer nicely peppery, so beware if you prefer your food on the bland side"

Great dining near LAX. The Street Bistro is not your typical hotel restaurant, but has a good variety of menu choices, excellent quality entrees and great service. The filet I had was cooked perfectly

had the salmon on corn and aparagus. salmon done right, not overcooked which is a common mistake. corn may be canned, was good. asparagus just shy of completely cooked but was fine. happy staff , not chatty which was great

I had a confirmed reservation at the Bistro and when I arrived they didn't have my reservation saying they are no longer a part of Open Table and fortunately they had a table for the of us.So what up here, how did I get a confirmation and no reservation and do I get my booking points Visualizza piatti

I have eaten at this restaurant several times as the workshop group that we attend stays at the hotel here. I always book my reservations through OpenTable and I don't think they have ever once properly checked me in so that I have gotten my points – even though I always ask them to make sure they check me in properly so I get my points. I'm very frustrated

The service at this place was so bad that it made spending for onion soup and for a margarita flat bread pizza so painful I did not order the dessert and coffee price unknown that I really really wanted. The soup was great. The flat bread was flat in flavor with simple shards of over cooked basil. I think the dessert would have been good. But among other problems the waiter failed to bring this tired traveler a menu until minutes after i requested it. So, I got a ice cream treat from the gift shop and made coffee in my room instead

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
