"They have pretty good pizza, solid 8 out of 10. The fried chicken and potatoes on the other hand you might have better luck at a grocery store deli, the salads are your standard pizza place salads not much effort put into them, but for $7, what do you expect? Sandwiches are really good, I've had all of them and any one is a good choice for the value. Survey pitch is kind of tacky. Hospitality is supposed to be an equal exchange of cash for foods and services. Asking me to rate your service is the same as soliciting somebody for a good Google review. If your service end product is exceptional then it will warrant such a review. Asking for one seems like a breach of trust of that basic cash for goods and services arrangement. Now you're asking me for extra, I don't ask you to do me a favor on the way out and call my wife and tell her I'm on the way. That would be tacky right? ?"

I placed my order on line but it didn't credit me for the discount. So upon picking up my order they had to delete that order an charge me the correct amount. The problem is that it will take days to get my credit back. So I just spent over $76. I'm amazed how quickly the money goes out but how long it takes to get a credit back.

"We got a coupon in the mail for Pizza Schmizza in Eagle Point. Not having eaten there before, we decided to go there for lunch. We waited until 1 PM so we would miss the lunch crowd. When we got there, there was only one person there waiting. We didn 't have to wait to order so we figured this was going to be pretty quick. I ordered a large one topping pizza with the coupon and a coupe of drinks. I gave the employee a 20% tip up front and figured we would get some attention while there. It took forever to get our pizza. We waited over an hour. When we finally received the pizza there were only 8 small 1/2 pieces of sausage on the entire large pizza. $30 for a cheese pizza and two drinks even with a coupon. This is ridiculous! During our hour plus wait, the employee never once came by our table to see if we needed anything or to let us know when the pizza would be ready. Don 't even go there and use a coupon, they will short you on the topping to make up for it. Don 't give a tip until you are finished. They don 't deserve a tip. I should have asked for a refund of mine. First and LAST time we 're going to Pizza Schmizza in Eagle Point."

"Pleased as always! im traveling and stopped in because ive been a customer of Carls Jr since the 80 s. Was good then, still has yet to let me down! AND unlike the other guys thier shake machine isnt always broken and the burgers havent shrunken and the burger looks like the pictures... lol Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I was craving nuggets and fries, but I was too tired to cook after being up since 4 am. I usually have Hello Fresh meals, but I was too exhausted to make one. I tried to use the McDonald's app to order, but it wasn't working. I went inside and used the kiosk, but that wasn't working either. A kind crew member in a blue t-shirt took my order manually, but my card was declined. We tried multiple times with the same result. I called my husband to add funds to the account, but the card was still declined. I had to go to the bank to get the funds and then returned to McDonald's. The staff was understanding and helpful, and they gave me my food. However, I realized there were no fries in my order, so I called the store. The employee, Ashton, offered to replace the fries, but I was too tired to go back to the store that night. Ashton was very nice and understanding, and he ended up replacing my entire order. I gave them four stars because of Ashton and the rest of the staff's great customer service. The place was also very clean. The new sweet and spicy jam dipping sauce was amazing, but it's spicy so be cautious if you don't like spice. Overall, I had a great experience and I appreciate the excellent service. I will be trying the other new sauce tomorrow. Thank you and have a good night."

"I found a hair in my food today, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant to let them know and possibly suggest they use hair nets, but they took no responsibility and claimed that no one working there has brown hair. It was a funny response, as I was just trying to inform them of an issue, not looking for a refund or replacement meal. Overall, the service and food quality both received a rating of 1. This was a take-out breakfast meal that cost between $20 to $30 per person."

"My first experience was breakfast on my birthday with my daughter. The food was tasty and the service was great and she was very attentive. As stated the food was tasty however, I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the stuffed French toast. When it came out it was 4 half slices of regular white bread. Not the description on the menu but it was still good. No explanation was given as to why I did not get stuffed nor did I ask or complain. It was delicious and being my birthday no need for complaints. My daughter enjoyed her omelette.Second visit I enjoyed an omelette, bacon and country potatoes. Delicious! Their bacon is very good and the omelette cooked perfectly. Service was slower this trip even when not very crowded. Waited a long time for coffee refills and water. Seemed preoccupied talking sports with another patron. All and all a great place with delicious food."
