Highly recommend; get the ocean sauce with whatever you decide. We travel to nola just for this meal.

Poor service charged us 3.7% on the food for using a card and had no bottled water turned up with plastic cups of tap water

Food was good water was served in a plastic cup and the sauce was watery, “seafood sauce”. Veal parmesan was super. Wishing for cloth napnikns. Bartender Madeline was really awesome. It's a tight place… Being close.

The stuffed flounder with ocean sauce and the pasta primavera (which isn't on the menu, but we ordered it because my wife is vegan) were both fantastic. Unfortunately, by the end of the summer 2021, they plan on ceasing reservations. The best way to get a seat will be to show up at 5:30 and put your name on the list.

A friend recommended this restaurant to us, so we made sure to stop for a meal while we were in town. We were blown away! The staff was all friendly and did a great job! The restaurant itself has the coolest vibes/atmosphere. And the food was amazing. We loved everything, but the grouper special was by far the best meal we had the entire trip. We’ll be back! Located in a cool, old brick building in the heart of Frenchmen Street, Adolfo's feels like authentic NOLA, like a meal from mom. Chelsea gave fantastic service and recommendations. Whatever the special is the night you go, order that, especially if it's the rack of lamb with the mint sauce. The entrance/name reservation process can seem a little informal, but just wait for the host and don't give up. You'll be seated quickly and won't regret your experience.

We arrived earlier than our reservation time and were seared quickly. After receiving our drinks and placing our orders, we waited almost an hour, before we had to ask for our order to go, as we had a previous engagement to attend. We discovered our salad dressing was placed in a dessert to go box and had spilled inside the bag and we did not get out Tiramisu. Waited all day to try out this place! Second in line and waiting as ppl show up and start to gather! Everyone was talking about how they had no reservations. So the lady comes out and gets the couple in front of us and says for everyone to wait outside and she will come back and get us to be seated!
