"Where to begin with the wonderful experience I had with 205 Dry..... I had an event here a week ago and am blown away with the professionalism and attention to detail. The event coordinator, Ragon, made the whole event absolutely perfect. She was easy to communicate with and listened to every request and detail I asked for. She is kind, thoughtful and really made such an effort to make our day special. As far as the venue goes, we could not have imagined a more beautiful spot to host our event. The space is casual, comfortable and honestly feels like you're relaxing in your own home. Every one of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the space as well. Lastly, the food we purchased for our event was better than we ever could have imagined. Everything came out exactly on time and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. We got a mix of charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches and hot foods. Every single thing we had was fresh and DELICIOUS! The Chefs at 205 Dry do a phenomenal job! I cannot thank Ragon, Gwen and the other staff at 205 Dry enough for making my event such a perfect experience. I will, without a doubt, be hosting all of my future events here!"

"My husband, son and myself took a chance on this place and were surprisingly extremely happy. Our waitress Nattie was adorable and so super sweet. And the chef (Squirrel, who came over and introduced himself) made all of our dishes perfectly. I had the greek omlet with marble rye, all fresh ingredients, my son had a chocolate chip waffle and my husband had over easy eggs with bacon and sourdough. Oh and the home fries were also very good, although I was surprised by the bacon. The coffee was delicious and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend this place 100%. We are in town visiting my daughter for family weekend, but we will definitely be dining here again, if not this trip definitely in the future."

"Had a really horrible experience with Strange Brew after several years of going there occasionally for coffee and a dessert or a breakfast sandwich alone or with my husband and son. Ordered a Chef Special Salad. Description is “arugula, roasted beets, goat cheese, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, roasted pulled chicken, mustard tarragon dressing “ for $12 (an entree salad per the manager). There was a ton of arugula but very, very little of everything else — see photos. I was shocked when I saw this and immediately called them. I had already used my lunch break to pick up the salad so couldn’t go back to return it. The manager had me take photos and email them twice, talked twice on the phone, and then said the other ingredients only looked sparse because I had mixed up the salad. The side photo clearly shows little mixed below the surface. Why make me go to this effort and then insult me by suggesting I was hiding the ingredients. Manager offered to bring me a new salad but if he thinks the original is acceptable, then we’re back where we started. Plus it’s getting late and I don’t have any more time. I did the right thing by calling immediately and sending photos. That should have been the end of it with the charge being reversed on the unacceptable item, apology made, and asking me to come back to try them again sometime, or some normal response like that. Instead, he starts being subtly insulting and trying to negotiate half off since it’s like a side salad — but I didn’t order a side salad, it’s supposed to be an entree salad! I didn’t get what I paid for, end of story. This is 100% unsatisfactory. Beware of buying food there if this is how it can be, a rip-off. And you will be treated badly by the management to boot. Just read a few other reviews that were negative and the manager or owner gives a long defensive response, citing industry standards and supporting small businesses for why the complaint isn’t legit, even insulting another reviewer. The bottom line here is that a customer found their experience to be unsatisfactory, was asked to prove it by providing photos, was still not believed, a lot of time was wasted along the way, and the customer service experience was very negative. This is not the way it should go."

"Staff is very friendly. Xiao long bao was super yummy and the szechuan beef soup very spicy/tasty. Everything was cooked properly and the beef was melt in my mouth. Very quiet when I went but lots of take out orders coming through. I dare you to go just eat in here. They're extraordinarily kind with service, restaurant is clean, and decor is wonderful. It's hard finding Asian restaurants like this in little cities. They don't shy away from spice and have everything marked"

"I was halfway with my meal and wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of this restaurant. I'm glad I've waited until the food was too cold before I finished. They were excellently friendly and thorough in explaining the menu, helped me choose the perfect meal for me (although after a lot of feet I came to my regular meal of Chicken Tikka Masala). The food was prepared excellently to order only with the best Halal ingredients. I wanted for nothing throughout the experience and was really treated as a family according to my standards. I often eat Indian food and often order the Chicken Tikka Masala, so I can compare which restaurant has the best. After today I can say that I have never prepared Chicken Tikka Masala again. I think I have to change to a new dish when I order Indian food in the future, as nothing else will compare with this experience."
