"Ordered food and when I received it , the plastic food containers were melted and smelled like melted styrofoam , and the order was incomplete. Not only I waited awhile to receive my order . When I called to let them know the problem the lady said “ oh ok “ . This is a great restaurant, but I think management needs to train employees on customer service train them on food orders ."

At first I was thinking that it was kinda pricey. but then while leaving with a small portion to go I was thinking wow we ate ourselves full and shared with our 14m toddler till he was full. Perfect portions for the price ? we'll be back.

My experience with breakfast is bad. The hoe steak dish is a real fraud, they charge it as a steak and they serve you three pieces of dry milanesas. It is not worth paying for one thing and receiving another. That is in bad taste. The rest seems to be little better Visualizza piatti

The restaurant was clean comfortable the service was outstanding the food was delicious the refried beans were so creamy my taco salad with so crispy the chip bar is amazing you can eat the chili you want with your food I loved it I recommend this place to anybody that likes Mexican food and I definitely have been there before and will continue going

I've never had a bad burrito. My favorite is the adobada. I have seen the prices skyrocket so I can barely afford to go anymore. I used to be able to get 2 burritos and carne fries for around $28. When going this last time, I was absolutely floored by the $40 bill for just 2 burritos and carne fries. Needless to say I've been priced out of one of my favorite spots.

"Unfortunately there arent that many restaurants that deliver thru DoorDash in LL so were stuck with the same few options. I order from Wecks and The Range Cafe often. I prefer the Range Cafe. I ordered the chicken taco salad. The chicken was delicious, the rest of the salad, not so much. Iceberg lettuce left a pool of water and was soggy, taco bowl shell not cooked properly wasnt even crispy. For the love of god please invest in leafy greens and ditch the iceberg. Also overhard egg was not cooked through in the center. Please take time to thoroughly cook food before sending it out of the door. I dont mind waiting a little longer for quality food."

"Brought my nephews in for a treat. We all got milkshakes of different ice cream flavors. The young lady was very nice. About four hours later all three of us started having serious gastro intestinal issues! I think the milk she used was bad. Although the shake tasted good, that was the only thing we all had in common during that time frame. I went through a couple pairs of shorts and some very not so pleasant sounds coming from the bathroom but by the next morning I had won the war."

"My wife and I had a delightful breakfast at Rutilio's after church. She ordered the #1, which featured scrambled eggs and ham, while I went for the herbal omelette with greens, paired with a side of bacon and wheat toast. We both enjoyed coffee as well. Our server, Michelle C., was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure our coffee cups were full, which I really appreciated. The food was perfect—the bacon was flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. We definitely plan to come here more often; for some reason, we usually select restaurants closer to our church on the other side of the city. However, we’re looking forward to visiting Rutilio's more frequently from now on. Thank you!"

"My husband and I attempted to dine at this restaurant recently, but we were ignored for 10 minutes. The sushi chefs didn’t acknowledge us, nor did they inform the waitstaff of our presence. After sitting for 5 minutes without anyone taking our drink order, they didn't even notice when we left. Given the high prices, we definitely won’t be returning."

"a large paprika and speck ordered. I wanted to go upstairs and pay. it was said that we continued and park until the order was finished. waited and waited and finally called dions. I told the male representative that I waited for my order and he said he would get the manager. I was waiting. After a few minutes I finally went inside and told the people including the manager about my disappointment with the lack of service and asked them if they wanted my business. the manager said nothing and then brought my order. when I came home and examined the pizza closer, I saw that there were no more than 5 to 6 pieces of speck on the whole pizza. this is the, not first, not second, but the third time that they have done this, which seems to be a simple large paprika and bacon pizza. we spend a lot of money at dions and are never properly compensated for our inconvenience and lack of proper customer service. if what their aims are to respect and act as if the customer is the problem, then they do the good."
