"In my first visit to Alphy's, I found it to have a fantastic atmosphere for a dinner-style restaurant. If you're looking for a true home-style brunch on Sundays, this is definitely the spot. They serve all the brunch classics—eggs, meats, bread, and omelets. The wait time was minimal, and they even offered us coffee while we waited to be seated. The food was enjoyable, particularly anything involving potatoes like hash browns and home fries. I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the pricing. I had a meal that cost $30, which I could easily make at home for under $7. However, I’d be willing to spend $20 to enjoy brunch out with friends. I also want to give a shout-out to Deane! She was attentive, humorous, and genuinely caring about our orders. I highly recommend her for a management position! Additionally, the military discount is a nice perk. "I would avoid this restaurant. I placed an order on their website at 4:55 pm and received a confirmation text stating it would be ready for pickup at 6:20 pm. However, at 5:44 pm, I got a follow-up text notifying me that my order was delayed until 6:55 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant at the updated time, I was told they don 't accept DoorDash orders, even though they could see what I’d ordered and mistakenly mispronounced my name. They offered to start cooking my food at that point but said it would take at least another 25 minutes. I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund, but the cashier 's tone was dismissive, asking me to calm down. The person cooking, who seemed to be either a manager or owner, said she couldn’t cancel or refund my order and instructed me to contact DoorDash. I was also told the cancellation or refund couldn’t be processed that evening but she might be able to handle it the next morning. The lack of clear communication and an efficient refund process was extremely frustrating. Better coordination between the restaurant and delivery platforms, as well as improved customer service, would be nice"

"My wife and I were visiting Navarre for the weekend and were looking for something quick and easy to bring back to the camp ground. After a short discussion, my wife saw that Tops Burgers was well rated and figured it would fit the bill. I made the short drive, used the drive through and ordered the Cajun Bacon Cheeseburger with fries for myself and Chili Cheese Dogs with fries for my wife. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way back to our camp site. Despite the name, there was not even a hint of Cajun flavor on my burger. It wasn’t horrible but nor was it remotely Cajun in flavor or style. My wife was disappointed with the Chili on her hot dog but Chili can be a bit subjective especially if you’ve actually had/made good Chili before. Overall, I wouldn’t say our experience was a bad one but nor was it memorable. Bottom line, if your a fan of trying local favorites wherever you go, are in the neighborhood or embrace mediocrity, Tops is a solid choice."

"Great example of the company values at this location. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Store is well kept including the restroom. {Can only speak to the ladies room. My sandwich was so fat with toppings it made a hot mess on the wrapper. The goodkind you add back as you reposition your bread. Best of all they didn't punish me for ordering it with less bread. Somelocations add extra sauce as if offended by the removal of already baked bread. The mix master soda machine is always fabulous."
