Went twice in one week. I was visiting my mom in NC from Houston. Great food, great folks, and great service. The lemonade is delicious, and the deserts are delicious

I paid a little over 5.00 for this toddler size watery baked lol Mac and cheese if I don’t feel robbed…I don’t know what to say but Nooo! Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this definitely not worth it.

I ordered the flounder plate with 2 fixins. The fish was seasoned well to taste but fried too hard and too dark or maybe the grease was old. The onion rings was cold not easy to bite into, but to say the least the fried okra and hush puppies was the only 2 things I enjoyed.

The prices might be a bit on the high side, and they don't offer smaller portion sizes. However, the food is quite tasty. It can be a bit greasy at times, but overall, I enjoy it. I'm particularly a fan of their authentic soul food sides, especially the mac and cheese and collard greens!
