My 87 year old mother is a very picky eater these days and pretty much criticizes most of the food she eats. Recently she wanted to try a pizza beef from Anthony’s but requested the pizza be “light” not dark as she absolutely hates anything over cooked or dark. I personally like a darker pizza but I am not picky. I relayed this request to the owner who took my order over the phone. Super nice man.
