I ordered the 2 for $28 deal with added shrimp, but that’s not what the waitress submitted. I was overcharged and won’t be returning again.

First waitress we had was incredible. The second who took over, barely saw her. We decided to go. To top it off, we got kicked out of the area we were at cause we took a stool from the bar.

Parking: Husband broke his back and on a walker, he has a handicap sticker for the car and we were able to park by the door. I was hoping he didn't have to go up stairs, but they put us in a booth where he had to go up a couple of steps. Otherwise dinner was delicious. Visualizza piatti

I’ve visited quite frequently for awhile. Earlier this week a few of my buddies and I came in for the endless boneless wings. My buddy and I both left a $5 tip in cash and after reviewing our credit card statements, we were charged an additional $6 tip on our card. Even the other people that tipped on their card had the wrong amount taken out. Not too happy about getting charged an extra $6 tip on a $15 meal.

Mark, the manager, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior during our visit. I placed an order through the mobile app with a pickup time of 8:05 PM. When I arrived and waited curbside until 8:15 PM, my food still hadn’t come out and was sitting on a table for over 10 minutes. I noticed Mark staring out the window from behind the bar, and we even made eye contact. My husband went inside to check, but the female bartender couldn’t locate our order. When Mark approached my husband, he asked, "What do you want?" My husband replied, "It would be nice to get my curbside order." Loved the atmosphere who doesn't love an Applebee's atmosphere it's always a good vibe! Our server couldn't handle how busy it was ,she needed less tables but she already didn't even have alot my guess she was new, like most Applebee's ma agents make their way around and asked how everything is not here , plenty of parking, the food we got the pretzels with cheese dip the first set was gross there was dirt from we belive were they cooked then they brought us new ones they were ok, mashed potatoes were literally ice cold so had to get fresh ones, my chicken quesadilla was warm not hot or super cold but by the time I ate 1 piece the whole thing was cold and very unappetizing, brought the wrong...
