Great dining experience! Our server, Tina, made us feel like part of the family and was incredible. From now on, we'll refer to her as our favorite Applebee's waitress.

Very busy. The employees work together as a team. Very cheerful, smiles... The food is excellent. The bar area has a lot of different things to choose from, some drinks are really Tipsy

Got Alfredo and a salad for dinner while staying in town for a night to have at our hotel. No salad dressing included with our salad. Asked for forks and didn’t get any. Guess not having salad dressing is ok cause there’s no way to eat it anyway.

Fantastic food and excellent service! We dined here to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and it was made just as we requested. The wait times were minimal, and we were seated right away—quite a contrast from my hometown, where we usually have to wait at least an hour. We will definitely come back to this place! We both ordered pasta Alfredo dishes. One with chicken. One with shrimp. Both were served cold and dry. Sent them back and was brought back warm food but the Alfredo sauce was so sticky it felt like glue and the flavor was worse than glue. Needless to say we didnt finish our meal and just told our server we were full from bread sticks. It wasnt her fault the kitchen served bad food. The bread sticks and soft pretzels with beer cheese were dry and hard but we ate those anyways. Our leftovers will be going in the trash. We normally enjoy Applebees, however the Big Rapids location needs serious help in the kitchen. We are both feeling ill from eating there.

The food is Always Delicious ! I have never had a problem before . That's until Sunday evening ,, June 5th ! It was only just One instance ,, so don't judge it by my experience from that Sunday. Was sitting at the bar ,, though I didn't have any alchual drinks, was just seating there . Ordered my drink,, and the food . The bartender asked if I wanted a refill,, took the glass , and would be back. I Think he was more interested in Flirting with the 2 ladies across from me , seeing how he Knew I still didn't get the refill ,, and had only 2 bites of food when he took the 1st glass. 15 minutes later ,, he came over and gave me my Mountain Dew,, When I was done Eating !
