Applebee's Grill - Piatti

This Apple Bee's restaurant located in Bowie, MD, was nearly empty but we had to wait to be seated. Chicken Alfredo very dry, had to ask for more sauce. Daughter's requested medium rare steak was well done/dry. I will stop here. I have crossed Apple Bees of my list!

The restaurant was surprisingly low-key. The manager was juggling both managing and cooking, which was commendable. However, the waiter expressed how exhausted he was, resulting in a lack of quality service. I understand that the pandemic has impacted staffing, and I empathize with their situation, but it didn’t enhance my experience.

This is my FAVORITE Applebee?s in Bowie! The other location is much closer to me, but after bad service, I decided to try the Applebee on Crain Highway and never disappoint them! Every employee is polite, the food is consistently tasty, they are on time when preparing my orders, and the list goes on. Thank you for this EXCELLENT service! Visualizza piatti

Service was bad, the whole experience was bad. Talked to other customers, they feel the same way. The bartender didn't show up for work (lunch) and the waiter was bad. We still sat in the bar area, it took 10 minutes to get sodas. People came in after us and were greeted before us. The atmosphere food was not welcoming or warm feeling. It felt like we were a inconvenience to the staff.

Decent American eatery in Bowie. Not too busy and food came out fresh. Facility was clean. Service was fast and friendly. The quality of the food is what you should expect from a national chain, which us good when they get it right. With a lot of otherestablishments nearby closing during the pandemic, this one remains and is a solid choice for a lunch, afternoon get-together,or quick dinner. Family-friendly options or heading over to the bar, they've got you covered.

Bathrooms really disgusting. Most of the staff was busy flirting with each other. Used the bathroom and just outside of it was a male employee all over a female employee! I realize it's hard to get staff but keeping them away from each other instead of putting on a show would have been appreciated. Food was fine, delivered promptly and our waitress did a fine job and was attentive. Her finger nails scared me though. At least 6 inches long and curving looking like swords was a little extreme. I went to celebrate my friends graduation. Got an 8oz Sirloin cooked medium rare with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My steak came out cooked to temperature, perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were flavorful and also seasoned well. The broccoli wasabsolutely perfect. I cannot remember my server's name unfortunately, but he was super attentive and respectful. He made sure myfriend and I had our meals fixed to our liking and I cannot stress enough how amazing the experience was. When I was doneeating, my friend and her grandmother all agreed we would return for our next family outing because this location wasimpressive; most Impressive!

Do you want to eat somewhere that is slow, not on time, and gets your order wrong? Good news, this is the place for you! We ate in once and service was slow even though the restaurant wasn?t even a third full. The dining room was also a littleuncomfortably warm. Our server was nice though. When my husband and I were sick with COVID I decided to order food for delivery.Our order was wrong and missing items, not to mention what we did get was cold. The service was quite confusing. It felt very disorganized, and the staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills. They weren't rude, but their demeanor felt unprofessional, almost as if they were chatting casually with friends rather than serving customers. I was served my food on a dirty plate, and after I brought this to the waiter’s attention, he took it back. However, when I received my replacement salad, it was served on the same dirty plate! I knew it was the same because I had cleaned part of it with my napkin and some water, and that clean spot was still visible on the second plate.
