"A couple years ago I got very ill from eating a Reuben from this location! I did not return for a couple years. When I did I stood at the unattended counter in plain sight of a group of employees gathered together in the back. I was the only non-employee in the place. The employees just cast glances at each other as the exchanged nervous laughter. It appeared each was daring the other to go to the counter, which with none did. I left have not returned!"

We have increased our orders of the XL roast beef because the regular size has very little meat, which is my biggest complaint. I specifically asked for Arby's sauce, but they never include the packets in the bag. This is what truly completes the sandwich! Visualizza piatti

I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. The staff worked slowly and struggled to manage larger orders. Additionally, I noticed two underage individuals in the kitchen who seemed distracted and were disrespectful to another employee who appeared to have special needs.

I'd like to extend my gratitude to Manager Abbi, the team members, and the trainees at this location. I made a special request that was somewhat unusual, and they were incredibly polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs to the best of their ability. Even after the busy influx of Eclipse visitors today, they maintained their smiles. Thank you all so much!
