"We quit going to Chatham IL Arby 's like a year or more ago because of the service and food, but I wanted to go and see if things were any better. To no surprise, it 's worse than before. The employee 's were rude and disrespectful. Screaming that they want to leave, not make more orders. The employee at the window was yelling to other employee 's and whoever else was in the restaurant, now her card declined . Yes, my card declined because I was over my daily spending limit, I used a different card, no problem. The food was just gross, hamburger was still bloody, (not med.well as sign states) the roast beef was thick, hard and cold, the fries were very cold and the potatoe cakes were cold, stuck together and mushy. I should have just threw the $40 in the garbage. I blame myself for thinking that place may have changed. Will never go back."

My son was given an achievement award at school for a free kids meal. Unfortunately we were given a a coupon that was expired. The manager still accepted the coupon even after telling us it was expired. My son was very proud of getting this award and was soooo excited to get his kids meal. I really appreciate Mr. Scott.
