"I rated this place two stars because the food is at least served hot. However, the quality of the sandwiches leaves much to be desired. I live nearby and have visited this Arby's multiple times, usually waiting until I've tried a place at least three times before rating it. Unfortunately, I've found that the sandwiches from this location seem like they've been made hours in advance and just left to sit. They are not visually appealing, lack a sufficient amount of ingredients, and show a clear lack of effort in assembly. I ordered the new spicy sandwich that's currently being promoted, so I expected it to be prepared correctly, but I was disappointed. The sandwich was poorly assembled, had insufficient ingredients, and overall, it was a bad experience."

I recently looked into Arby's menu and discovered that their sandwiches are not only low in fat but also delicious. The brisket sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, and even the new limited-time hamburger are all fantastic.

This Arby's I went to a couple of days ago is the same Arby's that I went to more than 30 years ago.... and it's the same Arby's my daughter works here... I was just picking her up from work.... but I also have good memories of this place the service isgreat the food is great..... I recommend anyone to stop by anytime..... they stay open late only to drive through..

I ordered two double beef and cheddar meals without red ranch, and they were prepared correctly. The employee at the window even double-checked my order before putting it in the bag. Unfortunately, the fries were only warm, not hot, which is why I'm giving it four stars. The customer service was good, and the drive-thru moved quickly. Aside from the fries, everything was excellent. I would recommend this place and will definitely return.

I stay in Romulus and drive to garden city just to avoid going to this location. I swear every time here it's an issue, either the order is missing items or the food is half made. I never have an issue at the location in garden city food is always freshhot made correctly. Here's an example I purchased these salads same night from this location an from the location I go to andyou can clearly see the difference in quality of food.
