"Beautiful restaurant in a very pleasant setting, the room is amazing, mix of stone and wood, the charm of the building is felt, and it was emphasized. The reception and service are excellent, the staff listens, pleasant and very professional. Looks like they like work. When in the kitchen, what to say except that you don't ask to come back, from the fun mouth to dessert, each new dish is an explosion of flavors very well chosen and married together by the kitchen, in quantities of first-aid that seemed weak, but on the whole meal are very well measured. Finally, they positioned themselves very well at the rate level, for the performance and overall quality that emerges from this establishment, we returned conquered and will surely return! Thank you!"

"We had booked well in time, and fortunately because the restaurant was full and had to turn away customers. We really liked the market menu, offering exceptional value for money. Choice between 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts, all refined and delicious. Warm and professional welcome, the menu explained in detail by the super friendly owner. We have been there before and will return with great pleasure. Congratulations for what you do."

"After dining at another Michelin 2star we were sceptical, especially after walking past a hugh silver barracuda sculpture set in the entrance to the small dining room.Nasti delivered in every way: creative dishes (eg char cooked in local beeswax), beautiful presentation, subtlety matching the dinnerware to the food being served…..including some old Alsatian plates to match the regional themed offerings. The food was well prepared and tasty, innovative but not trying to over reach and always not to far from the Alsatian roots. The game often comes from Mr. Nasti’s hunting and they now bake their own bread….also a treat with its own story. It’s a small place with a staff the seems to enjoy working together. La Table d’Olivier Nasti is worth a visit."

"L'Alchemille is a 1 star Michelin restaurant located in the Alsatian village of Kaysersberg.The menu here is a surprise, you just get to choose between 5, 7 or 9 course. The chef will gives what what he wants, what's fresh that time in his garden, and what he feels like cooking. I like the element of surprise so it wasn't an issue. Before you're asked if there are any ingredients you don't eat, or if you have any allergies,Service is good, not so much fluent in English but in a way or another you get to communicate. Wine list is good and includes wines for everyone's budget, somellier is more towards selling expensive wines, but he knows his job.Dinner kicked off with a bottle of Cremant,a nicely presented amouse bouche and fresh bread, It then followed with a variety of dishes which included potato mousse, beef tomato with basil snow. deer tartare, salmon, mustard zabaion, pigeon leg, munster and 2 desserts. The star of the night was the beef tomato with herbs and basil snow, followed by the pigeon with glazed peas, carrot puree and pigeon juice. To finish off we were given some petit fours, not bad but it can be improved.We later had a chat with chef Jerome Jaegle who surely has a passion for what he does, and no wonder he was awarded a Michelin star, his creativity on a daily basis is something few can do and maintain such a standard.Total came to around €130 including mid priced wine, 9 course is reasonably priced at €78.If you're in the area, it's a place you'd love to visit. I'll be back."
