Went in at 3pm to get a regular salted pretzel they told me they had no more for the day, they close at 9.

Vorzeln were burned. I had no ice cream for the Pope. Wouldn't make brows and it was 7pm closing them at 9:00. Didn't bag my Brezels bites. Two little girls work.

I ordered a side of pretzel dogs, and right when I put them in my cart, they fell all over the ground. I politely asked for a new one and they said I couldn’t have another one because I already paid for the one dropped. Very disappointed in the customer service that they have. A watse of $5 for me. That's the second time I survived a hard and old Brezel. I tried to get my money back and had to go back to the store to get it. Not even an apology. Money was returned, but they didn't even feel bad because they was wasting my time to come back here. I'm not gonna buy from this place again. The Brezel was so old that she hurt my teeth.

Went by here with my son around 6:15 to get some mini hotdogs, when I asked the boy behind the counter if he could do a bucket he told me they weren't making anything else tonight. I didn't argue I just walked away, it was pretty clear he was to concerned with flirting and playing around with his female co worker. Horrible customer service especially since they didn't close until 7.

It’s 7:32pm this is the second time I bought pretzels from Murdock Walmart and asked them young girls to dip the pretzels in butter and they haved already dumped the butter out cleaning up before the store even closes the store says it closes at 9 PM and here it is 7:32pm and they’ve already cleaned up and dumped everything out and ready to walk out this definitely not customer service to me . Every time I go to this aunt Annes, it's not great. They never have a variety of items, it always seems that theirs are never an adult, only minors... who seem they don't love, let alone their jobs. Whenever I ask if I do something, they say no! Don't talk about sanitation! I saw an employee take an order, go back, take the payment, open and close their hot case that keeps the food, proceeds to take my order, but fails, and then continue from dough without ever changing its gloves! Wow! The health department would have an explosion! Good luck!

I worked as a supervisor at Aunt Anne at the NH shopping centre. We were taught to take pride in the freshness and production of our pulpits. Today I went to the Walmart Super Center in Charlotte Florida Harbour. The Brezel was so hard and old, I couldn't bite it. No bag, so cinnamon sugar was everywhere. I think they wanted to get rid of some cups that they had left from Christmas. The drink was smaller than I ordered. I gave two stars because the soda was good. Everything went into the garbage. I can't believe that quality has become so bad.
