"I wish I could give this location 0/10 stars. I am a long time fan of Auntie Anne's pretzels and this place used to have the best pretzels around, but now they're just sorry. The only thing they make now are those little pretzel bites and if that's not what you want, then ah well, get ready to spend 30 minutes or more waiting in line for a disgusting, undercooked, mishapened pretzel. Today I ordered an original pretzel and they still managed to mess it up. They can't get even the simplest of orders right. They have terrible management and the service is trash. The only workers available are a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing and look like a deer caught in headlights when you bring them a complaint. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. If you want a good pretzel, go to the one on schillinger road."

The staff was helpful and polite. Bonus points for making my garlic pulp when none were ready.

We were waited on promptly and our food and drink was delicious. The cashiers were most polite and friendly! One in particular was named Antonio.

This is a great spot to grab fresh, delicious pretzels while you're shopping at the mall. It tends to get busy, so you might have to wait in line for your pretzel treats. I particularly enjoy the classic pretzels and the small hot dogs wrapped in pretzel dough. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean and well-organized. Visualizza piatti

Every time I eat here, I end up waiting longer than what the app indicates because the manager always seems to take his time. When the app says my order will be ready at 3:30, I expect it to be done by then, not at 3:40 or 3:45! I also don’t understand why, during some shifts, the hot dogs are pre-made, while in other shifts, they're made to order. It just doesn’t make sense!

I truly wish I could give zero stars and post photos. I ordered two orders of Mini Brezel Dogs for delivery, and when they arrived, they were inedible because the dough was still raw on each one. Since I'm at work, I can't return them right away, and I won't be off until 4:30, so I'm left with this expensive, uneaten food. I used to love Auntie Anne's and ate there regularly, but I think I just reminded myself why I stopped going. I will never order from them again, whether for delivery or in person!

Who doesn't love Auntie Ann's pretzels? This particular location never seems to have many items on the menu prepared and available. They will make it for you if you want to wait 8-10 minutes. This is contradictory to the idea of a quick place in the mall if you have to wait to get anything other than a plain pretzel. The young man who helped us was very nice, but the other staff were just standing around not really doing anything. The employee who made our pretzel seemed annoyed that we did not just take the plain pretzel available and still wanted something else on the menu that would have to be made. Visualizza piatti

"We came to Ruth Chris Mobile on a Tuesday evening. Upon entering the restaurant we were met with not one, but two signs that cell phones are not allowed in the dining room. As we are seated, there is ANOTHER homemade sign on the table, literally right in the middle of the table asking for the same. After ordering our meal, we were greeted by the manager asking if we were enjoying our time. Nothing wrong with that. After our meal was served my girlfriend decided to go ahead and take a picture of the food to post on social media to friends. Not 5 seconds after picking up her phone the manager rushed over asking why she was taking pics of the food and disrupting our meal. We put the phone down and ate, ordered dessert, had a good time. However i was very displeased that the manager felt the need to rush over and ask about pics or try and enforce some horrible policy about cell phone use at the table. I've been to many world class restaurants who weren't a Ruth Chris in Mobile and never had a silly policy like this in place. It's not like we were in LA and snapping pics of celebrities at 7 pm on a Tuesday night in Mobile. This policy makes zero sense, is class less when done with two signs in the front and silly cards on the table. Then to have the manager come and interrupt our meal about taking pics of THEIR food which we were proud to eat and show off. Its tacky, low grade and felt like a cafeteria policy with an angry lunch lady coming to enforce it in the middle of our $300 tab."
