"First time trying after reading reviews and not that impressed. Some people mentioned better than more than pizza or comparable which I wouldnt even put them in the same category. The pizza was alright, the crust needs work and i think it may be better. The garlic cheese bread was vary basic and not much flavor. Maybe just a busy night im not sure,but I unfortunately wont be back"

Pizza wasnt cut properly. Pizza arrived cold from slow dasher. Pizza bread nadgarlic cheesy bread were both burned and super crunchy. Made it worse they were cold.

"The Joy Thru is a 10 minute walk from my house so I love strolling by to grab a drink (or lazily drive). I usually get an Oat Milk Matcha Latte or a Chai Latte. I also love their cronuts and the chipotle breakfast sandwich. I love that they support fellow business by carrying their products. I've seen Pressed Juice, Olli Pops, and Crave Cookies. The workers are super chill and sweet. They're in a good mood and do the best they can in that little space! Sometimes I come and theres a just a car, or I come and there's long lines at both windows! So you never know what you'll get. Starbucks is across the street, but I try and opt for small businesses when I can!"

"Jus’ Jo’s Country Kitchen is a popular breakfast spot in Fresno, and it gets packed quickly, so be prepared for a bustling atmosphere. I ordered the California Eggs Benedict and a vegetable omelette with hash browns. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was impressively quick despite the crowd. The ambiance had a cozy, classic diner feel, making for a comfortable breakfast experience. I’d definitely come back for another meal!"

"Their pasta as well as their bread is delicious. That must account for their high rating. But the minestrone soup was a huge disappointment: The soup overall is excessively watery with sparse vegetables and not much else. The few vegetables seemed tired and overcooked. Their minestrone soup had little substance. If they need a good minestrone soup recipe I'd be glad to give them a recipe! Food: 4"

"I work in the same shopping center as the Salon-Salon building, where there is a barbershop that has been around for a decade. I always try to eat locally in the shopping center, and I finally decided to try the Squia sandwich. As soon as I saw the barbecue chicken sandwich on the menu, I knew I had to order it. I have to say, it was the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. The Sequoia Sandwich Co. will not disappoint. It has a laid-back vibe with cool jazz playing, making it a great place to relax for lunch. I plan on trying their other sandwiches soon, and I hear their Cobb salad is amazing. After enjoying a meal at Sequoia, you can even head over to the barbershop for a haircut and a free beer - talk about a great deal!"

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
