I visited Long Island from Florida with my girlfriend, and she took me to my first deli. Wow, it was amazing! The line was quite long—about 40 people—but we waited, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly, too. I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Wow what a bagel place, will become my new go to Bagels are great but you can find that on long Island at a lot of places Its the sheer number of choices you have, cream cheese so many, and they are all really good Service was fast for so many people on line, but there are so many people working it goes fast Pleanty of drinks , coffee and tea It was a really clean nice place In be back many times

Got lox with jalapeno pepper cream cheese on a pumpernickel bagel as well as commack breakfast special which was french toast bagel with two eggs scramming with turkey bacon and pepper jack cheese. It was delicious! Reminds me of the old school bagelstores in NYC . Enjoyed every bite of it. Tommy was our master chef and made it the best! This is undoubtedly the best bagel shop I have ever visited. I recently moved away from Schmiedtown and missed the chance to order delivery every weekend! I finally got to come back and visit family. If you're in search of a clean and delicious bagel spot, look no further! The staff works like a well-oiled machine, handling the rush with impressive efficiency. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Great job, everyone!

3 strikes you are out!!!! I went for my last time to BAGEL CHALET, it was empty so that was nice. All I get is 1 scrambled egg with extra bacon. The cashier was told 4x to make sure I was charged for the extra bacon. I paid $16 and change for that sandwich and a large ice tea. Not only was there NO BACON, but the sandwich was inedible. Who checks their egg sandwich, nobody!!! Believe me this is not only my last time going there but I will make sure to take my family'sbusiness, especially all the catering that we do, to a place that cares and gets the orders right before you are charged. SHAME on you guys.

Normally a good experience at bagel Chalet but on two occasions now what I ordered is not what I received. Judging by the reviews this seems to be common. It does not encourage me to come back anymore. I very clearly gave my order for a hero. I asked for extra cheese and mayo on the side. What I received was one slice of cheese and the sandwhich drenched in mayo with a cup of mayo on the side. What sense does this make? Also my food was served on a dirty tray. Classy. The sandwhich was so unenjoyable that I tossed it. I know the order was taken correctly because I saw the paper it was written on. I was even charged extra for the extra cheese. Visualizza piatti
