I've been ordering from this restaurant since 2018, and in the last two years, I've been puzzled by their new hires. I'm extremely disappointed with how the employees treat customers. When I asked for a manager, I was told they had stepped out. One employee even said they didn't feel sorry for me.

First of all this has nothing to do with the quality of their bagels ! If they weren't so delicious I'd never go back there again My problem is with the staff ! Either they are on their cell phones or I get attitude from the Mexican workers for not being able to understand them. Seriously Lear the language your in my country I don't have to learn Spanish you have to learn English Sorry if people don't like what I'm saying but it needs to be said ! As a recent transplant from Manhattan and Brooklyn, I've grown up enjoying bagels from Ess a Bagel and H+H Bagels. I have to say, the bagels at Bagel Depot are just as good, if not better. They're simply incredible! It truly baffles me that Staten Island bagels don’t get the recognition they deserve. With places like Bagel Depot setting the standard, Staten Island should be regarded as the best borough for bagels in the city—no contest. Additionally, their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches are top-notch. This place is fantastic!
