There's a variety of drinks to choose from. I had a strawberry cheesecake drink with whipped cream and it was very good.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! It was clean, fun, and the customer service was incredibly friendly. Our food was beautifully presented and definitely Instagram-worthy! It tasted just as amazing as it looked. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My husband, who is blind, visited the store today and had such an amazing customer service experience regarding an issue with a previous order. The store really went above and beyond. It was free snow day, so I can give them a little linger to get me my order. But every time I come in here, it takes forever. Why does it take so long to make show cones? This place is fantastic! They have such fun options and even color-changing spoons! What an awesome experience. I discovered a little surprise in the shop: they had signs indicating the distance to various destinations, which actually showed the direct flight distance from the shop to those locations. However, one of them had a slight dyslexia issue; it said Maui, Hawaii is 2843 miles away when it’s actually 2834 miles! (Check out the photo.) Definitely go check them out—the staff was super friendly!

Not impressed. No sense of urgency. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with zero movement. Pulled back out, decided to go inside. No one inside. Young man behind the counter was courteous and kind. He earned the stars. Apart from that, the drinks were mediocre. Not for his lack of trying, I imagine it was just the drinks we got. Also couldn 't scan my points. They claimed it was because of their wifi and that it should work once I left, however, I 've been trying to scan this receipt since I got home.
